酒店房间连瓶矿泉水都没有，美其名曰:为了环保。只有浴巾没有毛巾，浴袍也没有。一个晚上1000元不值当

退房体验不太好，明明和前台申请了延迟退房，房间还是被提前锁了，找前台处理了4次都没有解决。
