Dear Jinming C., Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us. As an eco-certified hotel, we are committed to caring for the environment and reducing waste. For this reason, we have chosen not to use plastic bottles, bags, or other single-use plastic items. Instead, we provide glass decanters in every room, and you will find water purifiers in the corridors where you can enjoy fresh drinking water at any time. We understand this may feel a bit unusual at first, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support of our efforts to make a small but meaningful difference for the planet.
