We had a very nice stay. Good service, nice breakfast, very clean. Staff extremely friendly. We highly recommend this hotel well located!.Ask a room with view on the mountain .We did not use the spa but it he swimming pool is of decent size. Also nearly no cars around a very peaceful place

Good hotel, excellent service, no complaints. The only thing not entirely clear is the participation of the hotel in the Accor loyalty program. After staying at Panorama, there are no changes in the member's balance in the "reward points" and "status points" sections. Perhaps this is due to the sanctions, I do not know. There was the same question about the Moscow Mercure at the beginning of August. But it seems to me that the client should be warned about this before booking. But in general everything is fine, thank you.

The hotel is located at 960m at 10min from the cable car n There is a ski rental inside the hotel. Check in was smooth and our room was already ready 3 hours before official check in time. The room was spacious and comfortable. We booked room with mountain view which did not disappoint, very nice to wake up with blue sky and white mountains. We did take away at restaurant Roma which was tasty. European vaccination certificate (Pfizer) was accepted for check-in, as well at all restaurants in Krasnaya Polyana Room for improvement: you are required to take and wear a mask when entering breakfast (the hotel staff says to you to take a mask and wear it when entering breakfast). Reality is that all (Russian) guests immediately take it off or put it under the chin. The hotel staff is doing nothing… it’s kind of nonsense rule, all gusts have to take a mask when entering but that’s it… Secondly, there is a sauna and steambath which were very busy but especially crowded with loud children. Not a relaxing atmosphere but the hotel mentioned us that they are a family hotel… just that you know Overall highly recommended and I would come here again!

Enjoyed our weekend stay in the hotel as part of a group from me work. Friendly staff and stunning views were a highlight. Food was ok but not outstanding. Overall a good experience and value for money.

Nice hotel in the mountains, we will strongly recommend it to any tourist. Locations are picturesque and resort brings you a great impressions. Some service issues can be disappointing but in general everything is ok.
