Excellent property and very convenient to activities. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic mountain view.Overall, we had a great experience with the NOVOTEL RESORT HOTEL;all the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.The bed was super comfy. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.Special thanks to Kristina, she could handle and resolve any issues or disputes during our stay at the hotel. She is a very polite helpful person whom you can approach for any help or travel advice. We will be back soon!!!

True definition of amazing hotel. The room was very comfortable and luxury. The view was impeccable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet at the top floor is beyond exceptional. The view of the mountains while eating breakfast on the patio was from a different world. The surrounding area was very pleasant and quiet. Take the cable cart down to the main street and enjoy shopping call my gambling and above all cuisines. Or you can take the cable cart up to explore high elevation mountains.

We stayed a few nights at this property. The hospitality at this property was at its best. Eduard from guest relations made all the difference. He was so welcoming so helpful and supportive. Everyone at the property was courteous. In true sense they valued hospitality. We used the complimentary Rixos Spa as a part of novotel and that we think was great. The hotel also offered free cable car to lower floor as well as free shuttle after cable car timings. All in all the hotel is in an amazing location, beautiful views, great rooms, amazing hospitality and everything one needs on a holiday.

Me and my family spent here a few beautiful days! We liked this hotel for lots of reasons, location, welcoming staff, nice views, all of that gave us a sence of inner peace and truly unique experience! We will come back here soon thanks to all of that!

I stayed there 22-25 March Hotel was very very clean. Staff are very polite and friendly but unfortunately many of them (even at reception desk) can not speak english ! Rooms are very very clean and big enough. You can fine everything you need at your room. Breakfast was very poor. Taxi from hotel is more expensive of other taxis (about to time more...!) and one big problem I got a small scar. when i asked for a band aids they told me "there is no first aid supplies and you must go to pharmacy!" . And the nearest pharmacy was 15 min away! so if you want stay at this hotel be very careful about yourself because there is no help for you. At the last issue (it was the first i could see) you must pay immediately the cost of anything you need at lobby or other place in hotel. They dont accept billing that you can pay at check out.
