Отличный отель! Просторный номер со всем необходимым, в душевой есть кондиционер и лосьон для тела. Просторный тренажерный зал (в основном, свободные веса). Хорошие завтраки — официанты всегда предложат приготовить специально лично для вас омлет и тд с добавками на ваш вкус. А на день рождения подарят комплимент от кухни 🎁! Очень милая детская зона шведского стола с угощениями! Большое спасибо всем официантам и администраторам ресторана за их труд! Отдельная благодарность Людмиле за внимательность, доброжелательность и желание сделать отдых каждого гостя максимально комфортным.

Доброжелательный персонал, что очень радует, уютный и комфортный отель. Дочь посещала бесплатные тренировки при отеле, осталась очень довольна. Удобная парковка на высоте 960, подъезд к отелю, что здорова в путешествия с детьми. Рекомендую.

Встретили настоящие профессионалы своего дела администраторы Дарина и Марк, так же хочу отметить что в отеле очень приятный аромат, номер просторный и со всем необходимым, кровать это просто сказка, так спал последний раз крепко в детстве, очень вкусные завтраки и обширный выбор, в общем и целом подводя итоги могу сказать уверенно еще вернусь и не раз, благодарю всех сотрудников за отличный сервис.

Hello everyone! Lived a week in February 2021 at this amazing hotel. Family vacation with a child. Firstly, thanks to concierge Alexander, who accompanied us from the moment of booking the hotel with consultations on skiing spots, ski passes, restaurants, spas, and just all the resorts and Sochi! Secondly, Thank you to the reception team (Aigul in particular) for checking in. The room is standard - the most comfortable, everything is brought into the room on request - from sewing kits to soft adults and children's bathrobes (manager Alexander, Thank you very much for your concern) :) The views are amazing - the mountains right from the bathroom !! Thirdly, all the restaurants deserve attention.Thanks to the girls-staff for their personal care, to the chef for the professionalism, which approaches the kitchen so unconventionally. The breakfasts are delicious, healthy, nutritious, in the lobby we dined a couple of times (tasty and direct), for dinner we went to their Pan-Asian restaurant - great level, quality food, romantically cozy time ... close to the ski lifts, storage of skis / boots is also included , which just makes rest easier :))) And also - it turned out to be a great idea to meet my birthday right here.

Wasn't expecting such good quality from overall. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpfull despite the countless number workers rebuilding the area that we stayed in. However the staff was extremely trying to make up for the noise and to help us be at home, and this hotel was our cup of tea because even in their restaurant/bar the Italian food was perfect for us and Lattés were tasty, but the thing that still surprised me most was that the chèff could cook for you even the courses that weren't included in the menu especially for you. I would recomend this hotel for families as its location is really calm and the atmosphere in the hotel is rather welcoming, and the is no polution. As it is 960 meters up from sea level the ski lifts work properly and absolutely free from 540 -960 meters above sea level. From me to Hotel staff; please take into account that we would really want you to finish the building process as soon as posible and add some summer entertainments for summer.
