アパートメントタイプで広いのは良かったが、2つあるうちのシャワーのうち1つが使えなかったり、冷蔵庫内が汚かったり、洗面周りが汚かったりとメルキュールのクオリティではなく残念だった

However, we are truly sorry for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. The issues with the non‑functional shower, the dirty refrigerator interior, and the unclean area around the sink are unacceptable and do not reflect the quality standards we aim to uphold at Mercure. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused. We have already highlighted these matters to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate rectification and to prevent similar occurrences in the future. トイレがあまりにも下水臭い。 プールと同じ階にあるサウナ、スチームサウナは機能していない。 この値段を出して泊まるホテルではない。 もっと良いホテルはたくさんあります。 ALL.comのアプリに初めて登録し、初めて予約したがアプリも使いづらく支払済みかどうかも分からない。
