飛行機の騒音と給湯器のお湯が出ない滞在

Dear Daido T., Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the aircraft noise and the concern regarding the water purifier. we truly regret any discomfort this may have caused during your stay. Would like to assure you that the water purifier, including the hot water function, is operating properly when used according to the instructions stated on the operation card. Should you require any assistance, our team would be more than happy to assist at any time. In addition, earplugs are available in all rooms to help ensure a more comfortable and restful stay for our guests. Dear Fumio K., Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely appreciate your comments regarding the guidance for the shuttle bus pick-up point and the enhancement of amenities. Please be informed that all our rooms are equipped with 3-in-1 cleanser (shower, shampoo and hair condition) in line with our sustainability effort, coffee & tea facilities, earplugs, hand soap, dental kit, shower cap, slippers, bath towels, hand towels and bath mat for the comfort of our guests.
