Vacation with family at Rixos in January 2025. Great new clean room (thanks to the cleaner Islam for his excellent service!), great view. From the nuances - good audibility (at the weekend on Friday was heard all night music from the club, which extremely disturbed sleep, during the day also heard music from the pool), queues for breakfast (better come before 9 to eat quietly). We did not leave a deposit - we asked to remove the pay bar and immediately paid for all services such as room service and laundry. Also keep in mind that there are always traffic jams at the entrance and exit of the area. There are not that many sun loungers by the pool, you have to take places in the beach season. We were there in January, it was cold to swim, but the pool was perfectly heated. Overall I would recommend this hotel!

Roksolana’s stretching class was amazing! The vibes were amazing, and the weather was amazing. Roksolana was super attentive to us and our posture which is so unique in a class filled with people. Because of her help I was able to reach new stretching limits! Thank you Roksolana!!

Workout with Roxi and Ugur on wellness area

I did CrossFit at the beach with Roxi and Ugur 💪🏼, It was awesome and they’re great 🤩, They’re very friendly and also pay attention to the details and make sure you did every things correct. Also workout next to the ocean was a great experience Thanks guys 😍

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ahmed Mostafa, the manager, for the outstanding service and for upgrading our room to the premium category. He also ensured we could check in smoothly after 12 midnight, which made our arrival stress-free. A special thanks to Milana from Guest Relations for her patience in showing us the rooms and ensuring we were comfortable. She promptly provided all the necessities we needed, which truly enhanced our stay. I also want to thank Naw from Housekeeping, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She always made sure our room was well-stocked and that we had everything we needed. Beyond the fantastic location and amazing food that Rixos offers, the staff is undoubtedly the hotel's greatest asset. Their passion for their work is evident, and they go above and beyond to treat all guests with care and respect. This is why I will always choose Rixos over any other hotel and will continue to return to this incredible property. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!

Kings has been incredible at taking care of ur as the beach area and Eleonora invited us for a complimentary aerial yoga session and it was exactly what we needed and more! We will be coming back soon for sure as this has been officially declared one of our favorites spots
