A great breakfast team and amazing hotel The Raffles PAL. We were hosted by Ahmed and Sougoto! They are highly attentive and a very pleasant stay at this great hotel!🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍 They were especially nice to my mother! She has a special needs and they understand.

Excellent buffet, prime service provided by Ahmed, very professional and polite. They offered a huge variety of dishes and the dessert selection is superb. It is one of the best buffets in Dubai, they are also very kind with small children.

Due to a miscommunication, I was initially placed in the wrong room. However, after sending just one message, Miss Anastasiia Sidorova immediately took charge of the situation and resolved it with impressive efficiency and a personal touch.
