I was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service at this hotel. Shoutout to Ruig who was consistently warm, patient, and proactive. They took the time to accommodate requests, and made sure I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference.

The experience was Amazon my family and I really enjoyed everything. The food and the room, I’d like to thank all the management for the experience, and especial thanks to Mr. Ameen from the reception for his patience and support, he gave very warm and professional service. Also Mustafa from the concierge was very helpful on the check out. Will come again soon

Really enjoyed our stay here - we liked it so much that when it was time to check out we left our new accommadation to come back here. Breakfast was great - more than enough for us...lunch was also good (we went half board). Hotel staff were amazing and we had a very quiet room. Location perfect - with taxis directly outside which was handy for the days we were busy. Couldn't fault the staff - in particular Amr at reception & our cleaner Ghaka. Not only will we visit again but have recommended the hotel to family members for their trip.

Without me even ordering, she remembered my favorite—Eggs Benedict and a decaf cappuccino—which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Her warm, professional, and attentive service turns a simple visit into a memorable experience. It’s rare to find staff who anticipate your needs so seamlessly. Samanta’s dedication reflects the high standards of the lounge, and I look forward to returning, knowing I will always be in such capable hands.
