Perfect Family Celebration Stay

Stayed for 2 nights for a family celebration with a group of 14 ranging from 2 years - late 70 years. The accommodation is very comfortable, modern and clean with a nice aesthetic. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our celebration dinner complete with gluten free birthday cake in the Andiamo restaurant was perfect for our group and the staff were very understanding of our dietary and children's needs. Event Executive Darren was a delight to work with and cheerfully fulfilled all my requests. Very good value. Highly recommend. Just a note - the beds are all new but the mattresses are a bit soft for my liking (they have the extra top layer)

Lovely setting at Peppers. As mentioned I could not fault the rooms we were staying in as the pi;;own, beds and sheets were like my Sofitel stays. Hotel is a little tired but the staff more than make up for that. From the time I booked everyone was more than accommodating. Karen and Emma kept communication efficient. Camille at the restaurant together with Georgie were both a delight as hostesses. Monica was great in the kitchen.... perfect poached eggs. Only criticism is no contact after 8.00pm as reception closes. Phone connections to front desk not great. That could be the network??? Also no water in rooms which we are always use to. Housekeeping staff were great too. Sarah especially did an incredible job. It is a really lovely relaxing atmosphere that is for sure and highly recommend for a quiet country stay.

DONT BOOK THE ROMANTIC GATEAWAY - Extra money for nothing. We stayed at the peppers Marysville for our first anniversary gateway. We paid extra for their Romantic gateway offer to make it special. Which promised bunch of different things but was not available. Checking with the reception said it was missed and they will make it right. We asked for a refund on the extra add on we paid as besides that the stay was good the and the location is nice. They couldn't issue a refund as it had to be done by the management on the following monday and i would receive a phone call to make this right. I guess their telephone line is down since. I tried sending email explaining this on their email listed on the website. but i guess the email system could be down too I am yet to hear back. Hopefully the extra they charged me for nothing goes into repairing their phone and email system so they could actually get back to their customers.

We stayed at Pepper’s for the weekend to get out of Melbourne. Peppers is modern, very clean, super comfy & great value for money. I had read some reviews about it not being what it had been in the past that there was some faded glory and I even took our own pillows after one scathing review. BUT the room we stayed in (143) was super quiet, modern, extremely comfortable and we had a great time and the pillows were great!

Ich war zu einem Kunden Empfang in diesem Haus. Es liegt ca. 2 Stunden Ausserhalb von Melbourne, ist aber bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anreise fuehrt einen durch sagenhafte Buschwaelder, die sich seit dem grossem Feuer vor einigen Jahren wieder sehr gut erholt haben. Das Hotel hat einen Lodge Character und besticht durch sein modernes und der Gegend angepasstes Design. Ideal fuer Naturliebhaber aber auch fuer Konferenzen abseits jeglichen Trubels in einem 4 Sterne Haus, dass seines gleichen sucht. Es gibt 5 Konferenz Raeume, die aber auch zu einem grossen Raum kombinierbar sind. Auf der Hin oder Rueckreise empfiehlt sich ein Besuch im Healsville Sanctuary. Hier werden einheimische Tiere gepflegt und wieder fit gemacht fuer die Wildniss.
