No water provided in the room and the reception sends you to the restaurant to buy a bottle of water! Cost savings instead of looking after ( platinum ) Accor customers. Not good enough ! Rooms toward the street very loud ! Will probably go back to Novotel in Preston

In regards to the water, we do have the complimentary filter in the ground level of the hotel with hot / cold water - as part of the Environemtal sustainability Governance, we are completely eliminating single use plastics and water bottle is one of them. My son and I have stayed here a few times as it’s very local to what we need when we’re in Melbourne. The rooms & bathrooms are always very clean, the beds are really comfortable and I suffer from chronic pain so normally hotel beds I find are not the best. The a/c in the rooms work really well and I love that parking is for free. The wifi is very good and I love that there is ChromeCast on the TV’s so you can stream whatever you want to stream and it it’s super easy to setup. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and plan on staying there again next week in fact!

Clean room and good location to hospitals. Walkable. Pleasant stay. Onsite brewery/restaurant was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful and no issues with check-in and checkout. Will definitely stay again if needed to be in this area

War jetzt das dritte Mal im Mantra Epping. Wieder fast alles zu 100%. Das Reinigungspersonal war diesmal nicht zu 100% in Ordnung. Stark verschmutzte Küchenzeile nicht gereinigt, und 2x einfach nur das Bett gemacht und keine frischen Handtücher. Ansonsten war Service und Verpflegung sehr gut und ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch
