A beautifully furnished room with practical amenities made the stay comfortable and memorable. Parking was convenient but access to hotel guests could be signposted more boldly in the carpark to avoid parking in private car spots. Overall the hotel was great and would stay there again!

Great night's stay in a family friendly hotel.

We stayed one night in this hotel in order to attend a special birthday event. Our 12 year old grandson was with us. From the moment we entered the reception foyer, we were impressed. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. It was the first time in one of the Accor art hotels. There were many of Chen (the artist) prints decorating the walls of the bedrooms, the corridors and the foyers. Our grandson was given a package containing a canvas and paint set. It was great for children to experience many of the prints and discuss the stories behind them, and to encourage them to produce a painting if their own. Our room was equipped with a kitchen sink, toaster, crockery and glasses. The view from our room looked across at the nearby hillsides. Although, it was winter, the weather was warm so we made use of the roof top pool, which was clean and quiet. There are many restaurants nearby and Box Hill station is close, with a tram running nearby.

Location is key and artwork great

Room was clean. and I really like the little personal touches. Love the artwork. Bed was very comfortable. But the location was key. So many great stores and restaurants around. Ate my way through Box Hill. And check in and out was so easy. In house parking was also great.

Short weekend in Box Hill

Was pleasantly surprised to find an international hotel (Part of Accor Group) in Box Hill. We came to Melbourne for a short holiday and wanted to make Box Hill our location for the next 2 days to visit around the eastern suburbs. - Hotel location is good (Asian Food) and walking distant to Box Hill central. - We were probably "lucky" coming during non peak season and parking was not an issue. I read reviews the parking could be a nightmare but didn't have this issue. Though I do note for 1st timer, the instruction on who to park to check in and park permanently during your stay could be a bit confusing first time. - Do take note room cleaning service is not daily and need to call if you want it for the day before noon. - Also probably because of the off season, there was not issue in accommodating a later check out. - Thank you - Overall was happy with the overall service and experience during our stay.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Türmen, in dem einen Turm gibt es einen Pool im 25. Stock und in dem anderen Turm gibt es eine kleine Dachterasse im 36. Stock mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Skyline von Melbourne. Super Anbindung nach Melbourne, die Bahnstation ist nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Schopping Center mit Supermarkt.
