Best Massage of my LIFE

Shane gave me the massage of a lifetime this weekend! I don't get regular massages by any means but I have had about 10-15 in my life and this was by far the best I've ever had. Most massages leave you wanting more pressure or feeling like an area was overlooked but he was so thorough and attentive to my needs. I am probably going to go broke trying to get back there monthly just to see him. Truly life-changing!

This is our third year coming to Faena and, as expected, it did not disappoint!! Each visit we discover more and more to love. We saw our favorite beach servers and favorite bellboys, some who have been working at the hotel going on ten years. I also want to shout out Casey, who truly went above and beyond at guest services, who met every small request with humor and care and immediate assistance. We also loved Angela, who delivered room service always with warm stories. This year we experienced the theater for the first time (absolutely not to be missed!!) and then caught another incredible performance while eating dinner at La Fuego on a Friday night. We took advantage of the complimentary wet spa for the first time - almost daily - and it was the best reprieve after a day in the sun. My partner also raved about the morning yoga and her instructor, who managed to solve a shoulder problem that has been plaguing her for weeks. As usual, the food, the turn-down service, the setting and location, the concierges, it all just made for a spectacular trip. It's so rare that a hotel can balance as a space for couples, families, work trips, but somehow Faena manages to do it all. We cannot wait to see everyone next year. We cannot wait to have our mango smoothies again. Thank you Faena!!!

What an amazing night. The show was incredible and the service was even better. The food and drinks were were always perfect, but maybe that’s because the server David had it there in the nick of time always. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I would recommend to anyone!

Faena Beach is a Must!

The Faena never fails to be anything but spectacular. My best friend and I spent the day at the Faena beach and apart from being an amazing day the service was fantastic. Rebecca made sure we had everything we needed and more. When you visit the Faena make sure to spend some time at the beach and ask for Rebecca she will take good care of you and your guests.

Disappointed in establishment that discriminated against us. Ostentatious and snotty.

I had high hopes for this bar for a celebration cocktail for my bff birthday girl friend, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite looking presentable, my group was turned away at the door because one of our friends had a foot issue and couldn't wear high heels. The bouncer was rude and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome and embarrassed. It's unacceptable to discriminate against someone for a physical limitation, especially when we thought we were following the establishment's guidelines. I will not be returning to this bar ever with any of my high end clients, some celebrities, and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Remember FAENA -The Living Room- who clearly discriminated against us - THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE. make some changes.
