This was by far the most relaxed stay I have ever had in Miami. We stayed here during art basel and you felt behind secure with George being head of security. Additionally the room was left spotless each and everyday. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was perfect, there was space throughout for all of my belongings including storage for my three suitcases. The outlets worked perfectly, they provided usb , USbc charging ports, as well as multiple charging stations for all of your handhelds and electronic devices. The food was perfect from their wide range of choices at the breakfast buffet, to their rooftop snacks , and their fairly priced and delicious lunch and dinner options. The bartenders were so friendly and offered you options outside of the menu, and were very attentive. One of my favorite parts of the facility was the view from the rooftop. You had a beautiful view of the bay, boats and vessels, and of course the sun and sunset. This is truly a hidden gem, and I cannot wait to come back. Didier was remarkable and very professional. He was beyond my expectations and more. Thank you so much Novotel !

The room was very clean and cozy. Immaculate paint job on the walls. The shower was exquisite, water pressure on point after a long day of work. Didier was very helpful in making sure that our needs and requests are met on a timely fashion. The only draw back is when I needed to book a dinner on the rooftop for 10 people and the front desk was unresponsive on multiple accounts. Once Didier was made aware, he resolved our reservation in record time and we had the most wonderful host/bar manager, Barbie. She insured that all our orders came out, correct, and provided different options for all our drink needs. Novotel has become our favorite and new go to whether it is for business or for leisure.

My wife and I arrived early after a long flight and were delighted by the exceptional service we received. Yusuf went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to our stay. To our surprise, we were also upgraded to an even better room, which truly elevated our experience. Outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression. We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service!

Holiday Party at Novotel was a night to remember!

My company recently hosted our Holiday party & had our out-of-town team members stay at Novotel, and we couldn't be happier! The event space was amazing, the skyline ballroom had beautiful views, and the events team provided excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious, and the event coordinator Arianna was amazing throughout the whole process to make sure the event went off without a hitch! As for the rooms, they were spotless and very comfortable - the breakfast the next day was great too. All in all, a wonderful experience!

I ended up hosting a meeting for Leadership team of my company in Miami. Travel team suggested Novotel as one of the options I ended up choosing due to convenient location, appealing interior and rooms as well as wonderful skyline view meeting room. Everyone was thrilled by the design, interior and service in the hotel. On top of this, hotel catering for our meeting was super tasteful and management absolutely phenomenal to support (Arianna Munoz, Catering and Meeting services) and Lizz from AV team. THANK YOU again for making our team meeting so memorable (and me as a host successful).
