Dear Jan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost I would like to apologise for not meeting expectations. We did indeed have a less than ideal day or two at breakfast due to the auto coffee machine being unexpectedly in repair. Thankfully this has since been repaired and is in great working order. Our compendium is located via the TV (when witching on) which provides hotel information, pillow menu and more. Again, my sincere apologies that there were a couple of other items such as pillow comfort and cutlery not being delivered that also hampered your experience.
