Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your welcome drink, amenity, and the alternative benefits provided during your visit. I would like to sincerely apologize for the "chaotic" atmosphere you experienced in our lobby. While we strive to maintain a vibrant environment, I am sorry that the high volume of guests made your arrival and departure feel overwhelming. We are currently looking into ways to better manage our peak flow to ensure a more seamless experience for our guests. I also appreciate your comments regarding the room size. While our room layouts are designed to maximize comfort within our unique building structure, we value your honesty as it helps us manage expectations for future visits. It is a regret that we didn't get to say a proper goodbye due to the busy atmosphere at the front desk. At the same time, I would like to mention that our concierge team was pleased to assist with your luggage at the time of check-out. Upon reviewing our service to better understand how we can improve, we noted that your wait to collect your luggage was kept to a minimum; however, we understand that the overall lobby environment still felt hurried.
