Great experience. You have some wonderful women at the desk during my day. The only ones name I can remember is Stephanie who was exceptional and trying to accommodate me and make sure my stay was great! But there were also two others.

Phenomenal stay. The only thing I think to help your customers, and to ease the stress of your employees, you may want to consider adding another check-in station at the desk. No matter when I went to ask a question or take care of a matter, there was always a wait, and that was a little cumbersome.

Could not fault this hotel - even considering the computerised check in process, which was new for us! This is a bright, modern and great value for money hotel situated very close to both of the Spas.

The receptionist were so friendly and helpful. David made his busy time for us explaining what we needed. I’m very grateful for his service. The hotel is clean, room very comfortable. I requested a room not on the street level, the management respected my wish snd I did have a nice quiet room facing Caracala Thermal Bad. An excellent service, and good for the price,highly recommended ❤️
