Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel La Cigale Dès la réception avec un accueil chaleureux et un soutien sans faille pendant cette période de guerre de tous les membres réceptionnistes et managers Au restaurant avec un personnel toujours au petit soin L'hôtel est lui très agréable avec ces chambres spacieuses et calmes les restaurants sont soignés et très bons avec beaucoup de choix le petit déjeuners est complet et varié idem pour les autres repas l'emplacement est parfait à 3 mn à pied de la station de métro Saad un merci particulier à Belen, Zayra et Rodel Nous nous souviendrons de ce séjour si particulier suite à la guerre mais nous avons pu surmonter tout cela grâce à toute l'équipe qui était à notre écoute et au petit soin pour nous Merci encore et prenez soin de vous PS: un merci aux agents de Qatar Airways présent tous les jours à l'hôtel et qui nous ont trouvé une solution de retour.

le staff est très à l'écoute - chambre confrtable. Une recommandation : La 1/2 pension servie dans le restaurant au top floor est bien mais le lieu un peu tristre
