Short but memorable stay

We only stayed for one night and the following morning, but we could easily imagine spending much more time here. Despite being a bit far from the metro, getting around by taxi is quick and inexpensive – especially to Deira, which gives you a much more authentic feel of old Dubai compared to the area around Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was very good; perhaps a slightly larger selection of sweets wouldn’t hurt, but that’s more of a bonus for those with a sweet tooth. The pool area was excellent – plenty of sunbeds and no issues finding a spot, plus the pool itself was really nice, with a gentle entry on one side and deeper water on the opposite end. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Taxis generally couldn’t wait in front of the entrance for long, as security kept shooing them away — and because of this, some drivers were reluctant to enter the driveway at all. Next time we fly out of DXB, we’ll be happy to stay here again.

Mr.Yeyint was excellent! His service was great and he was super nice to talk to. I'd totally give him an 5 out of 5. He really took care of everything quickly and explained smoothly, not feel stress at all. Great guy!

It was completely unacceptable the fact that they charged me the broken room’s coffee machine (500 dhr ) blaming on me that it was my fault. In reality I just tried to open the handle and it was failed but probably it was already.

Could not express my gratitude enough to all the friendly staff at the hotel. Great level of cleanliness, good size room, great beds. The only small criticism was that walls are thin and soundproofing could be better. Special thanks goes to all the housekeeping staff that msintained high standard of cleanliness, Stella at reception, Ashvek at Howdy's, Anna the chef at Howdy's (great tomahawks), Vijay at Seafood buffet, all who always served and greeted us with smiles. Great friendly service, great food and overall satisfied with our stay
