The Reception female NEHA was really nice and polite. She helped us a lot with check-in and recommendations for places to visit in Dubai. The bellman Shahmir is also helpful. Thanks for Arabic food .it was very tasty. Fully recommended to stay.

I got a nice welcome by the Duty Manager Shinu who kindly gave me an upgrade to a suite thanks to my Platinum Accor membership. The suite hadn't been renovated but that was fine although they really should at least renovate the bathroom and replace the cracked toilet. The executive lounge was closed, hopefully for renovations, so I had my breakfast in the main restaurant then afternoon tea in the Gazebo Café in the lobby and the evening happy hour in Howdy's where I had great service from Vincent one evening and Ashvek another. Anish did a great housekeeping job in my room and Shoaib took care of my piles of luggage. Rubie on reception was very friendly as usual and I enjoyed feeling welcome by everybody.

Enjoyed our stay becasue of Fronf office staff many thanks to shoaib hasan shibu and all concierge team we hope to see u

One of the best hotel movenpick al bustan where we feel like our home becasue of staff great care nice view nearest to the airport

Yes very much. The staff were amazing specially there was Asian lady at reception named as Neha . Her way of explaining the things in details is amazing. She make complicated things simple and clear. Also the house keeping team is apprecitable. Sorry I can't remember the name for hk staff who cleans my room.over all a wonderful stay. Five 🌟 stars

Husband slept on floor as no beds and kids up until 4am with music

Booked a room for two adults a 12 and 8 yr old and specifically emailed before to ensure our room was suitable with extra beds. We arrived to one bed. My husband had to sleep on the floor. They refused us extra rollaway beds, sofa beds or a spare room. They claimed the hotel was full when booking.com showed spare rooms that night. They claimed no manager was available. They didn’t reply to our pre arrival email and now we know why The hotel was situated above a nightclub with music on Jan 1st until 4am No one slept a wink. Avoid not suitable for families even if booked for 4 ppl. No operations in place to track extra beds No management to deal with the issue And no no house keeping to offer alternatives for the guests A disaster All this review has been written from a very very long breakfast queue
