Dear Anyamanee, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your reservation was for pickup at Terminal 2, not at the hotel. We understand that you wanted to be picked up at the hotel for transfer to the airport, as it was your departure day. We apologize for the mishandling of your reservation.
