The So/Sotogrande Resort was a perfect hotel for a recent golf trip. The food and accommodation was first class and the service was excellent. The location was ideal for a number of golf courses. The swimming pools provided a great place to relax and catch up with friends after a round of golf. Although I did not visit the Marina/Port area or beach, which was close by, I'm told it was a good area to visit with plenty of good restaurants and attractions for non golfers.

I have the privilege of staying in this hotel twice now and both times it has been a fantastic experience. We stayed In a junior suite that should be a model for other hotel. It was well designed on 2 levels with a fantastic view and one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept it. The bathroom was good with both a shower and a bath pool. A really big bath dig in the ground that almost can fit a whole family, and you bath while looking a the private garden. The spa is really fantastic and I enjoyed it a lot Also compliment to the breakfast for the quality of the local food and the niceness of the staff

Great service and room Couple of small points to stop a 5 1 no proper mugs/cups for room for tea /coffee 2 English Channel option poor 3 restaurant was expensive and only average But great overall and def go back Kids pool was great and staff very good

All in all a very good hotel and very friendly staff, service in the restaurants (MARXA) a little slow and inattentive.
