I regret to hear that their experience did not meet your expectations, particularly during their first visit to Egypt. I acknowledge your concerns regarding the division of our hotel areas and the representation of our facilities online. We strive to provide accurate information, and I appreciate your insights on this matter. Regarding the dining experience, we aim to offer a variety of meal plans, and while we understand that not every guest may choose the all-inclusive option, we do recommend it for a more seamless experience. I apologize for any discomfort experienced during the meal service, particularly with the timing of breakfast and the handling of items. It is our intention to maintain a respectful atmosphere for all guests. We are also committed to ensuring that our guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.
