It is the 4th time we are here! We choose this hotel because it is the best one in Sharm with his value and given service! The Staff is excellent! We will miss Mr WESSAM! He is very good person and he has high quality skills in his work! All the stuff is doing his best really! Mahmoud (reception) , Ased, Mahmoud, Mr Mahmoud Hassan, Mr ABD Elnaby and Wessam we are impressed with Your work! The whole place is so Clean! The beach is excellent for both sweeming and for snorkelling. In Sharm it is hard to find a good hotel like Promenade, that has good beach good service good price good location and excellent staff! Even the beach security is doing his best! Animators have also been improved! Nice and cute show!! We will come again surely only here! Only please update the "beds" on the beach they are old.

The resort is getting a little tired, the rooms could do with an upgrade. Otherwise we had a lovely stay - the staff are nice and very obliging. The buffet was good with lots of variety. The beach was just outside our door which was great 😃 and there are lots of water activities available (at an extra cost).

We have just come back from a week at this lovely resort the staff are amazing so helpful nothing is to much trouble the beach is always clean and plenty of chairs Nice selection off for to choose from we stayed there in march and came back as enjoyed it so much

Don't be fooled by the hotel's fancy appearance and five-star rating—it's far from it. First, ensure you book the beachside of the hotel, not the mountainside, as it's a long trek to the beach. While the beach has clear water and coral reefs, the swimming area is very limited and you can't go deep. The food quality was disappointing; I've had better meals at three-star hotels. Snack time is restricted to just two hours during lunch and only by the beach, which is a hassle if you're staying on the mountainside. The pool was dirty, with multiple cigarette butts and bugs floating in it. While the room service was exceptional, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.
