I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay, particularly in the mountain side section. It is concerning to hear about the lack of assistance you received upon arrival, as our team is trained to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. I regret that your dining experience did not meet your expectations, especially with the confusion regarding meal pricing. While we strive to communicate our policies clearly, it appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the additional charges. I appreciate your patience in resolving this matter.
