Will surely must RECOMMEND PLACE MUST visit. The stay at RIXOS 18+ property was incredible. The staff on the reception were so great, at reservations ask for Mohammed and Robs for guest were very cooperative and guest relations for reservations of restaurants also are very patient and NATALIA AT FROMT DESK IS GREAT PERSON. Diana from entertainment team is very entertaining and shared us information for all the programs and all the shows ! Kudos to all the team for all the efforts. Unfortunately the person on the call for reception is way too RUDE(don’t want to mention name but hope the Rixos will keep someone better on operator call) We stayed for 6days and restaurants here are so elaborate. Definitely ask for CHEF Said abdelrazk in TAJ MAHAL and Khaled tarek in the PALM, both were outstanding in making customized vegetarian dishes for our group of 8 EACH DAY. FROM PANNER & MUSHROOM STRATERS TO DAL TADKA AND RAITA IN TAJMAHAL CHEF SAID Made us feel like home food away from home. chef KHALED TAREK ASK FOR TRISHLA’s WHITE SAUCE PASTA and Arabista cream n cheese loaded with veggies. And AHMED Mohammed for service at palm hotel. The sundowners and night parties are outstanding, all the DJ’s were superb fromDJ FELA TO DJ DRAKUNOVA and TALYA M, even all the performers were so professional, entertainment in this property is WONDERFUL. RIXOS RECOMMENDATIONS THERE MUST BE MORE HEATED POOL, apparently they say OASIS POOL IS ONLY ONE HEATED WHICH ISN’T either what they claim to be .

This was our second visit as it was for my special birthday which we had in the Turkish restaurant. It ticks all the boxes for food, drinks, service friendliness of everyone especially Aladin (one of the buggy drivers) who will take you to Cairo on his magic carpet. They spend many hours driving around the result which puts a strain on their backs. They stop for everyone, even if you want to walk one lady said one morning, no thanks, I can eat more. The weather this April was perfect 5 oclock at the Sunset bar they have great music and a lovely young lady Nourhan (Nina) serving drinks then the dancing girls come for half an hour not to be missed. We took the daily shuttle to Seagate for a walk on their long pier, have a drink and either walk back or get the shuttle never tried the water park though. We did walk to Radamis the new Rixos a few miles away but found there were too many children for us, its very new and you can use all their facilities. We also had a lovely box of goodies for EID Mubarak from the General Manager Hasan Yilmaz on our bed one afternoon (thanks) a special treat) We were in block 4 room 4214 near the reception and pools. Would we recommend this place 100% we travel around the world all the time and this is very hard to beat for everything that you need in a holiday

On arrival check in was handled very well and we were soon in our deluxe room settling in. The room was lovely but was a bit tired in places. It did however contain everything you could need for your stay. Pools - Our first day we tried the oasis pool but found the beds were all quite close together and you could not easily escape from people chain smoking all day. People flock to this pool as it’s heated so is very pleasant to swim in. Lagoon Pool - The beds here were well spaced out so it felt much more private and suited us better. This pool isn’t heated though so brace yourself when you get in as it’s freezing. ( Nice to cool off from the heat though) Service on day one at the lagoon pool was non existent but a few small tips later and the service was amazing with drinks and snacks all day. Mohammed Ali looked after us and worked tirelessly to ensure we were looked after. ( I couldn’t sleep down there though as he kept tickling my feet with a straw) He would bring us a coffee in the morning then an iced tea mid morning then cocktails and beer for the rest of the day. Food - On the whole the food was amazing. The breakfast and lunch buffet has so much choice and in particular the breads and salads we’re awesome. Restaurants - Taj Mahal - lovely food, good service Mangal - amazing food cooked at your table (our favourite) Salt - Nice at lunch for snacks and at night as a seafood restaurant. It’s nice to be able to sit outside looking at the sea but again you have to be aware of chain smokers ruining your meal. Lalezar - great food as do the bread was amazing. Asian restaurant - didn’t enjoy this one. The place was so hot it was uncomfortable to sit in so knot the best for us. Gusto - Lovely food and better wine than the rest of the resort Brazilian - didn’t like it. They use the paddle with a green side and red side so if you have it on red they stop serving you. We put ours on red and they just kept bringing food. The beef was well overcooked and chewy as were the prawns. The gym was nice and had everything you need for a good workout. Aircon in there could be better though as it got very warm. Wine in resort - Prosecco is nice sand refreshing and easy to drink White wine - just about drinkable Red wine - awful The resort should offer a paid wine list in the restaurants and bars, i would have bought a bottle every night and the resort would make so money so it’s a no brainer. The staff make the resort and are all so polite and helpful. The service in the resort was far better than i ever expected. Overall i enjoyed the Holliday and would go back.

Perfect hotel in every way . Food was second to none, the staff couldn’t do enough for us the entertainment was fab. Rooms were cleaned to high standard every day . Whatever you need just ask and you get . Many amazing pools and restaurants to chose from unfortunately didn’t get chance to try them all . Will definitely return without hesitation ❤️❤️

We’ve just returned from our 2nd visit and had a great time again. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the gardens & beach are spotless. The food is great and lots of options, except the restaurant bookings refresh at midnight, and if you ask reception for help they just ask you to ring them at midnight. Room was cleaned every day, always done by midday by a lovely man. We asked for a quiet room and were given this no problem. We couldn’t hear anything in our room from outside, but I can imagine if you’re closer to the beach and entertainment then it would be loud. Our air con wasn’t working when we arrived but they came and fixed it, although it was noisy. We went slightly later in April last year and there were significantly less people there. Maybe due to the time of year and getting hotter, but it was noticeable that they were understaffed this time in comparison to 2024. Some of the bartenders were rude, rolling their eyes and scowling when you tried to order a drink. Last year there were waiters who came round to take orders but that rarely happened this year. Other reviews have also said the people trying to sell photos, trips, diving etc are relentless in your first few days (we must have had 15-20 people in day 1) even with a DND you can get from the towel people. Daily yoga was a highlight, the teacher is great.
