Really the best resort we ever was!!!! The stuff is excellent and cleaning and food!! All is fantastic! A la cart restaurants fabulous We are in love with a lagoon pool, amazing bartenders in it! Big thanks for the stuff hard work to make our vacation so lovely 😍

Very bad hotel security personnel

In fact, my experience in this hotel has been very bad, especially with security officials. All the hotel employees do not provide the service for money. Even the smile is artificial and fake. If you do not pay an extra fee for your service, you do not get your service, which you paid in advance. As for the security department, it always bothers you every time you leave the hotel or return to the hotel, on the pretext of confirming your identity. Well, I have no problem with this. They are afraid of being scolded by their manager, who is called Mr. Hussein Zakaria, I think, is Ali, as they described him as an arrogant and rude person, and he orders them to harass guests and hotel participants until his importance is raised. As one of the security personnel who is on the beach told us, even when a problem occurred with one of my guests, and he wanted to visit me, the person called Hussein this scolded him and dealt with him in an inappropriate manner as if he was talking to an undignified person or with a thief who infiltrates their hotel. They are not cooperating and make the experience very bad. The management of the hotel is complicit with him in this matter because no one responds to the complaint. This hotel takes more money than other hotels to disturb We have to leave that stay in it is very uncomfortable. This is beyond the obscene language the hotel security officers speak in Egyptian. We don't understand what we're saying. Among them is this security chief Hussein insulted my friend with a bad Egyptian word when he refused to interfere with his privacy. Egypt is a very beautiful country, Sharm El Sheikh is a glamour place and there are many other hotels that have better experience than the hotel Rexus. This is so bad I don't recommend visiting it. And thank you. الحقيقه تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت سيئه للغاية خاصة مع المسؤولين عن الأمن فا جميع العاملين بالفندق لا يقدمون الخدمه الا بمقابل مادي حتي الابتسامه مصطنعه ومزيفة اذا لم تدفع اكراميه اضافيه بالمقابل لم تحصل علي خدمتك اللذي قدمت بالدفع لها مقدما اما عن قسم الأمن فهو دائما ما يضايقك عند كل مره تخرج بها من الفندق او العودة اليه بحجة التأكيد علي هويتك حسنا ليس لدي مشكله في هذا فهم يخشون من التوبيخ من قبل مديرهم الذي يدعى السيد. حسين زكريا علي ما اعتقد فا هو علي حسب وصفهم شخص متعجرف وفظ ويأمرهم بمضايقة الضيوف والمشتركين بالفندق حتي تبرز اهميته كما اخبرنا احد افراد الامن المتواجد علي الشاطئ وحتي حين حدثت مشكله مع احد ضيوفي ود القيام بزيارتي قام المدعو حسين هذا بتوبيخه والتعامل معه بطريقة غير لائقه كأنه يتحدث مع انسان غير محترم او مع لص يتسلل الي فندقهم فهم غير متعاونين ويجعلون التجربه سيئه جدا وادارة الفندق متواطئة معه في هذا الامر لان لا احد يستجيب للشكوي هذا الفندق يأخذ منا الكثير من المال اكثر من فنادق أخرى ليعكر علينا اجازتنا الاقامه به غير مريحه بالمره وهذا بعيدا عن الالفاظ البذيئه اللذي يتحدث بها رجال الامن الخاصين بالفندق باللغه المصرية معتقدين اننا لا نفهم ما نقول من بينهم مدير الامن هذا حسين قد سب صديقي بكلمه مصرية بذيئه عندما رفض التدخل في خصوصيته مصر بلد جميله جدا وشرم الشيخ مكان ساحر ويوجد فنادق اخري كثيره تجربتها اجمل من فندق ريكسوز هذا انه سئ للغايه لا انصح بزيارته .. وشكرا

Dear Guests, We sincerely disappointed to receive your negative feedback and considering it irrelevant as it doesn't describe your overall hotel experience. Moreover all our guests are aware of hotel policy when they are signing registration card that any visitors are not permitted to the hotel unless they arrived from the main lobby entrance and staying with the lobby facilities. Our security team were following safety measures of standard procedure to prevent entering an outside guest staying in different hotel illegally. Therefore it was a violation of hotel accommodation rules and our policy from your side which was prevented and once again explained. Our guest safety and wellbeing is our top priority therefore we didn't found anything wrong in action taken by our security employees. Best regards,

It certainly has luxury but I respected I don't no something more. Rooms just lovely, extra personal touches slipper only 1 paid mind. Filled fridge daily replaced. Comfortable beds. Lovely shampoo etc. Very large complex we stayed aqua side which was great for kids. However we felt very separate from the main complex. Didn't no when entertainment was or what time people start sitting and it's huge. We stayed over aqua side at small bar near restaurant and then into the small kids club where " it will do". Kids club main side really good does get very busy tho. Some days wasn't enough beds people put towels out soon as can and disappear most of the day. Had issues booking restaurants were told to call reception 1st thing managed to get into 2 which were personal and lovely. Got bitten like anything nothing worked next time I'd try garlic tablets. I can't say I'll be in a rush to pay this sort price again to be honest.

Most amazing place ever! Wow, I actually don’t know where to start with feedback for Rixos Sharm. We are a couple who travel many times a year and have traveled all over the world. This hotel is the absolute best we have stayed in anywhere in the world. I will start with just how wonderful the staff are at this hotel. Literally every single staff member is so friendly, kind and helpful and cannot do enough for you. I personally said to my husband on day one of our holiday that I felt I was being treated like royalty and that is truly how every guest is made to feel. We visited the main pool most days where Mohammed and the team ensure that guests are kept hydrated and fed through the day. The day starts with the staff laying out towels on your sun beds and offering to put up a parasol if you wish. They then proceed to bring coffee, juices, water, snacks and ice cream all through the day. Honestly, the staff here cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. All of the pools are up kept to a tremendous standard and are cleaned continuously. The same service applies all round the resort, anywhere you stop for drinks or food, staff go over and above to ensure you are treated like a king. I have to make a special mention about the a la carte restaurants at Rixos Sharm. There is no limit to how many times you can visit these during your stay. There is a huge selection of different options including asian, Indian, Brazilian and Italian. All are absolutely incredible, the food is of an excellent standard. With regards to drinks, if you like alcohol, this hotel serve premium spirits as standard. They also offer Prosecco, pink Prosecco and champagne as standard. All soft drinks such as coke and Fanta are provided in cans. There are many fridges around the resort filled with bottled water that is available to everybody. The main buffet restaurant is not your usual average buffet. The selection of food here is amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a huge range of options. Lunch and dinner also offer an outdoor bbq station where you can pick a cut of meat or fish to be prepared freshly for you on the charcoal grill. Options include rotisserie chicken, steaks, chops, kofte and shawarma chicken and beef. Also a special mention to the ice cream parlour which serves movenpick ice cream. It is the most wonderful ice cream and is again unlimited. A visit to the private beach is a must. It is kept incredibly clean and a wander along the jetty takes you to the deeper area of the Red Sea for snorkelling if you so wish. When the tide goes out, you can experience seeing a wide selection of sea life from the jetty. There is even a fridge filled with drinks at the end of the jetty for you to have if you wish. Quite something to see! Entertainment at Rixos Sharm is plentiful. There is something for everyone whether you want to participate in aerobics or Zumba or prefer a quieter relaxing time. The beach bar offer a party every afternoon with live DJs. The evening entertainment is fabulous, and varies from bands to dance shows. It is by far, the best entertainment we have ever had at any hotel. Our room was beautiful. Spacious and extremely well equipped. A bath robe and slippers are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. A safe is provided free of charge, mini bar stocked with beers, soft drinks, juices and crisps is restocked daily. In the bathroom, you are provided with a selection of shampoo, shower gels, cotton buds etc. The air conditioning in the rooms is fantastic and very efficient. The cleaning team are fantastic and ensure that your rooms and all areas are kept immaculate, they do a wonderful job. We enjoyed coming back to our room every day to see what decoration we might find on the bed! The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners, and there are many games dotted about including darts, boccia and others. Golf buggies are in abundance and will take you around the resort to anywhere you want to go. We feel like we’ve had a little slice of paradise and would like to make a special mention to Mohammed Ali, Hany, Mohamed Hasan, Shimaa Abdo, Ahmed Khaled, Abdeirhman Salah and Basma at the beach bar for the most beautiful holiday possible. We truly have had the most amazing time and will be returning next year. We cannot wait! ☺️
