We sincerely apologize for the experience you encountered, as it falls far below our standards and expectations. We are truly sorry to hear about the delays in room availability upon your arrival, as well as the issues with the air conditioning, refrigerator, and toilet ventilation. Such inconveniences are unacceptable, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We strive to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and it is clear we did not meet that expectation during your stay. Regarding your interactions with our management team, we are disappointed to learn of your experience with Mr. Kamal. Please rest assured that this matter will be addressed internally to ensure that our staff exemplifies professionalism and responsiveness at all times. We would also like to express our sincere apologies for the concerns you raised about food quality and the behavior of some members of our animation team. This is certainly not representative of Movenpick’s values or standards. Your feedback will be shared with our culinary team and management so we can make necessary improvements. We take guest feedback very seriously as it helps us enhance our services and rectify any shortcomings. We understand how frustrating this situation has been for you and your family, especially when compared to your previous experiences at other Movenpick locations.
