Amazing, perfect, loved every second

We stayed for 2 weeks. We were upgraded from aqua side to main side on arrival. This was perfect for us as we are a party of 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved the room we had perfect for what we needed to freshen up and for sleeping. We thought the hotel buildings and its grounds were well maintained and beautifully cared for. We found the people who worked here also made the holiday extra special. The entertainment team Sam, Tarek, Emre and Sasha were phenomenal every single day. They go above and beyond and work so hard we cannot wait to come back just to see them. The pool party every Thursday is so much fun. We booked a cabana for our 16th wedding anniversary. Our butler Gamal went above and beyond throughout our time in the cabana and he made the experience so very special. I had the most amazing experience in the Anjana spa. Thank you to Rabab. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, and beautiful person she is. Omar who works in all bars never seems to stop but even after a few days of knowing us knew exactly what our drinks were and without asking he would arrive with them which just told us everything about this place. Yousef life guard at the entertainment pool his workers and all others who work by the entertainment pool, whom I did not get their names, made my birthday extra special with balloons, banners, and towel decorations. The food is beautiful we loved rhe buffet. The quality of food is amazing. We also used the online booking with no issues. We ate at the Brazilian twice which we felt was the best. We also ate and the mangal again perfect. We ate at the italian and Turkish which was not very good, but that was in our personal opinion. We also booked the Greek restaurant for my birthday, which was fun although very busy. We did drink a mixture of alcohol and soft drinks and had no complaints. No one was ill the entire time we were here. we drank the bottled water, and we had ice with our drinks throughout the whole stay. We went to the beach on a few occasions. Due to the winds, we only got to snorkel twice, but we enjoyed this when we got the chance. In our rooms, we had the fridge re stocked daily, and the cleaner knew what we enjoyed .most so would give us extra. We are desperate to return to this wonderful paradise on earth. The hotel, the staff, food, sunshine and beautiful surroundings made this holiday perfect for what we needed.
