Dissapointed for your actions against a worker, who did not deserve it

Our stay at the hotel was okay, but not as good as it was promised. The pictures are quite unrealistic, because in real life it is not so clean and by that I mean the matresess on the beach, sand and some missed spots in the room and bed sheets. My main dissapointment is that for some reason you - hotel’s management - have something against one of your workers - Vova - , that you don’t want him to continue working for you. I just want to be clear that you will be missing out, because he is very friendly, lovely and most importantly - easy to talk and that is a key quality for a worker and simply a person. He attracts loads of people by his personality. In my opinion, this is injustice for Vova. He has done his job very well, because he really does care about tourists and treats them like friends, with his whole heart. In conclusion, I hope you will clear this confusion and hire him again. Staff are friendly and helpful ; especially mr. Mitwally as head of reception, deserves my praise. Positives My room was cleaned well. Enough mineral water in the room every day. But actually Wifi is the only good thing about this hotel and also the location. Negatives This is definitely not a 4/5 star hotel. You should subtract at least two or three stars from it. Furniture in rooms is outdated as well as the bathroom. Constant problems with the magnetic card to open the room door. The wooden beach beds are very heavy with dirty mattresses; however you can get beach towels. The water in the pool was ice cold. There was no indication that "mountain side" meant a substandard building across the street from the main beach hotel. Breakfast was a sad excuse; shortage of crockery, broken crockery, coffee from machine with cardboard cups and wooden sticks as spoons. Brown bread: you always had to ask for it. Lunch and dinner : low food quality and variety. Small brown placemats made of a kind of plaited plastic on the dining tables, large glass jars full of meringues on the table near the desserts that everyone could dig into at will: the best way to get all kinds of germs and bacteria... Far too many sweets for dessert and little fruit. In the sea-side rooms you can enjoy the loud "boom-boom" of the disco music at the beach bar until 12:00 am and often until 2:00 am - 3:00 am. English is not easily understood or spoken by many staff at this hotel. For the price I'd rather book at another hotel from another franchise as this is only managed by Accor but is definitely not Accor standard. All in all, this is not the place I would visit again, nor recommend to anyone.

We sincerely regret reading that were taken ill during your stay and lament not being informed immediately as we would have been able to assist you. however we would like to take the opportunity to point out that our hotel, like all the hotels of our group, undergoes regular independent audits sent both by the company and the tour operators we collaborate with to ensure our strict food safety management procedures, imposed on a global level by the company, are being followed and respected at all times; under no circumstances would we put our guests health at risk, their safety being of course our main concern .Rest assured that by revising the doctor daily log book we did not received any cases from food . Excellent service from reception team, very quick check in and friendly staff, special thanks to Anna, she is really helpful in all the matters, we had some issues in the room, which were sorted out quickly. Hotel is big and territory is beautiful, all outlets staff is also polite and professional, we enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand, ist vorteilhaft.Leider gibt es sonst wenig gutes zu berichten. Allinclusive gibt es hier leider nur zu bestimmten Zeiten und an einer einzigen Bar am Strand. Während der Mahlzeiten werden alle Getränke gereicht, danach muß man runter zum Strand. Es gibt im Hotel eine Poolbar die kostenpflichtig ist und eine Hotelbar die ebenfalls kostenpflichtig ist. Die Getränke sind hier aber sehr teuer also Vorsicht. Über das Essen lässt sich natürlich diskutieren , die Geschmäcker sind einfach verschieden. Die Auswahl ist jedoch sehr klein und wiederholt sich fast täglich. Das Personal teilweise hoffnungslos überfordert. Es sind in diesem Hotel fast keine deutschen Urlauber, 90 % Ukrainer

Eine reine Katastrofe!

Wir hatten 2 Wochen Urlaub gebucht und freuten uns auf das Tauchen. Leider machten es uns die Umstände im Hotel es unmöglich zu schlafen, richtig zu essen und uns wohl zu fühlen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir nach 3Tagen das Hotel gewechselt. Das Essen war unsauber ausgestellt und es gab wenig Auswahl. Schon beim Anblick des Buffets wurde es einem schlecht. Obwohl sich die Küche und das Personal sehr viel Mühe gaben und stets freundlich zu uns waren. Das Hotel war als ALL INCLUSIVE gebucht, jedoch mussten wir ausser dem Wasser alle anderen Getränke selbst bezahlen. Auch an der Strandbar musste man Essen und Alkohol und weitere Getränke selbst bezahlen. Im Hotel befanden sich 95% Gäste aus Saudi Arabien, die sich in der Nacht lautstark amüsierten und stritten in den Zimmern. Laute Musik und lautes Geschrei, kam aus den Zimmern und in den Gängen und das bis 6 Uhr morgens. Wir alarmierten den Security, welcher jedoch von den Gästen nicht ernst genommen wurde! Obwohl wir mehrere Male das Managment darauf hinwiesen, wurde nichts dagegen unternommen. Am Pool lief extrem laute Musik und es lagen Scherben herum. Junge Saudi Arabische Gäste konsumieren so viel Alkohol und nahmen die ganze Anlage für sich in Anspruch. Nie meh wieder!
