Thank you for your kind words about our food, drinks, Let me start off by saying, I researched all the hotels in the area for months while planning a Catholic Church traveling tour, and I chose 21c as one of my hotel stays and was nervous about the negative reviews they had but the place looked beautiful, so I decided to take the chance! Update, I am SO GLAD I DID! This was truly one of the most incredible hotels I have ever stayed at. I can be very picky and very detail oriented, and this place hits every check mark! ROOMS/ CLEANING: I stayed in one of their tall extended rooms, I'm assuming 20ft ceilings? It was INCREDIBLE! It felt so large and spacious! Everything was clean and nothing felt dirty or questionable. The bed was very comfortable. AC / heating worked well. The views were amazing from the room! High-tech electronic black out blinds! The bathroom is on the smaller side, but clean, stunning & included a soaker tub. STAFF/ PARKING: The staff was very nice. I dealt with the valet more than anyone. I was so nervous reading the parking, valet and vandalism reviews, but it looks like they have things under control now! The valet was very courteous and sweet, the parking lot they use has cameras and a fence and is to the corner of the front of the hotel. I would say the $45 overnight valet parking is worth it if you are leaving for dinner, events, ext. MUSEUM/ RESTAURANTS: The museum was such an added bonus with actual touching pieces. It was a thought out gallery featuring work with soul, meaning and purpose. The old basketball court was breathtaking in itself and had such a welcoming and warm aroma to it! The restaurant/ bar area gets very crowded because people from all over the city come to dine there! The food was 10/10 and the drinks were as well. Such beautiful ambiance and great energy! POOL / FITNESS CENTER: My first question is, has this hotel and it's designer and architects won awards for this place? It looked like it was from a dream...the shapes, colors, textures, someone put so much effort and detail into making this space come to life! I appreciated it for sure! I did not go into the locker rooms, but everything else was clean and really top of line from the gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, ext. Again, such an added addition to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was soaked in elegance and my only mistake was I didn't choose this hotel for all the nights I stayed! Thank you 21c for creating such good vibes, excellent energy, and a clean hotel!

I had an amazing stay at the 21C hotel in St Louis. I dined at Idol Wolf which was great and really enjoyed the spa and gym facilities.

Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to a return visit. My one complaint is that the toiletries were out and the room phone was disconnected. When we went to the front desk to ask for more toiletries they left the full sized new bottles on our sink in the plastic wrap instead of replacing.

Valet cost $45/nt to park car in an uncovered structure across the street. Valet offered no help with bags despite seeing me struggle. Our front door was broken and wouldn’t close from the outside. Our shower button was broken. We called downstairs & asked if room service could bring us cutlery. Front desk said “i can get you what you need but you need to come downstairs.” Upon checkout, the hotel attempted to charge an extra night worth of valet. Instead of apologizing, she asked “well did you have someone else valet?” When i told front desk about all the problems we had with our stay, no apology was offered. This is only the second review I’ve ever written. That’s how disgusted i am with the service i received. I will never be back to 21c and will not be recommending the hotel to any friends or family. All of your staff need MAJOR hospitality training. The audacity to charge $616 for a stay like the one i had…I don’t know how you can do that with a straight face.
