Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and absolutely LOVED this property! The rooms were in excellent condition, decor was classic with a contemporary flare. The staff was amazing and restaurant was excellent. The art museum was incredible! I can’t wait to stay again and check out other 21c properties soon!

Beautiful hotel stay

The hotel and museum was gorgeous. The furnishings and overall look of every space was great. Unfortunately, it was extremely cold throughout the hotel, which impacted our meeting experience. Also, the food in general wasn't as good as one would hope.

I had a really good stay. What a beautiful museum and hotel. I also loved the gym, the coffee shop and the bar. Staff was great. The art was exceptional. There was one downside to my stay, however. The light over my coffee nook (Room 808) wouldn't turn off. I searched repeatedly for a switch. Having one side of my room illuminated in the night meant I slept poorly. I mentioned it to the desk staff. She was nice and gave me eye masks and offered to have an engineer remove the light. That felt drastic, so I said it was unnecessary. I wish that I'd allowed it, though. Can someone remove that light for future guests? It will help them to get better sleep. Otherwise, a great experience. I will be recommending this hotel to others. Thank you.

You have nice common area amenities. But housekeeping seems to be totally lacking or, at least, absent during our three day stay. Our room had no soap at the bathroom vanity. There was no bottled water and the mini fridge was completely empty. We enjoyed the swim pool and spa amenities but there were no towels available. We ended up using the towels from our rooms but they were never refreshed during our stay. Ditto for in-room coffee service.
