El lugar super hermoso, limpio y acogedor con un personal super atento y servicial principalmente la señorita Blackie que trabaja en el Aura Beach Club y el señor Juan que atiende en el Restaurante Islander. Vale la pena visitarlo mi familia lo amo.

풀사이드 담당 서버 하나(Hana)는 매우 친절함. 제가 영어를 잘 못 하는데도 친절하게 설명해줌. 호텔리어들 대부분 친절함. ^^ 음식이 맛있고 다양함. 레스토랑에 리조토나 쌀 메뉴하나 있으면 좋겠음~~ 버기 서비스의 시간제한이 조금 아쉬움. 객실 서비스도 깔끔하고 좋음. 침대 헤드부분에 먼지가 있는 편이라 비염에 안좋았음. 에어컨이 천장의 측면에서 나오는데, 바람이 침대바로 위에서 나오지 않는 점이 좋았음!! 객실 베란다의 침대에 누웠다 일어났는데 침대 섬유가 떨어지는건 아쉬웠음. 전반적으로 굿굿

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt verfügt über einen großen Pool (frequentiert von Eltern und Kindern) und zwei Restaurants. Damit hören die positiven Merkmale auch schon auf. Am nachteiligsten für mich war, dass praktisch alle Liegen in der Sonne stehen und es außerhalb des Mutterkindbereiches am Pool keine Liegen im Schatten gibt. Der sehr schöne Strand ist leider völlig ungepflegt. Der Dreck wird nicht eingesammelt. Da es zu unserer Zeit nicht so voll war, ging das mit dem Dreck einigermaßen. Sehr nachteilig fanden wir auch, dass die Zimmer zu sehr unterschiedlichen Zeiten sauber gemacht wurden. Meistens erst am Nachmittag gegen 15 oder gar 16:00 Uhr. Wenn man sich also in der Mittagshitze im Zimmer aufhalten wollte, musste man das im unaufgeräumten Zimmer tun.

- Schöne und saubere Poolanlage - grosses und gutes Frühstücksbuffet - sehr gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum - Preise für Menüs und Getränke sind im Hotel verhältnismässig teuer zu den Restaurants ausserhalb. Jedoch war die Qualität der Speisen immer herforragend. - Das Personal bemüht sich sehr. Ich möchte im Speziellen Hanna aus dem Aura-Restaurant erwähnen. Mit ihrer hilfsbereiten und herzlichen Art hat sie uns einen schönen Abend bereitet. - Schön ist die Chocolatre-Hour ab 15:30 mit Gratis Kuchen, Früchte und Schockoladenbrunnen - im Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Shop bei dem man das Nötigste kaufen kann - Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, gross und sauber - Täglich erhält man frisches Trinkwasser im Zimmer und auch eine Kaffeemaschine steht bereit - Preisleistungsverhältnis der Zimmetpreise erachten wir sehr angemessen - die Spa Behandlungen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.
