A little pre Christmas break, the warm welcome from reception, especially Tomek, thank you, who exceeded are expectations numerous times, with help and advice during our stay, gorgeous hotel, location ideal for Oxford and The Cotswolds to explore, 30-40 min walk along The Thames from Iffley. Decor quirkerly stunning, service, staff, especially Tomek and the 2 evening bar & restaurant staff all 5 *. Room comfortable, modern & clean, with extra touches, food amazing, we will be back, see you soon 😍 xxx

The staff were fabulous . Room spacious and quiet. Great location for Oxford. Very bar and comfortable chairs. Grounds to hotel very well kept and free parking.

Nice hotel with nice decor and ambience. Very friendly service and a very comfortable bed. Everything you need - except maybe lotion - available in the room. Quiet area and free parking. The bus is nearby, but walking along the Thames to the city is a nicer option. 4.5 Slight reduction because of the cramped bathroom (single room) and lack of hooks in there. Also, with breakfast included it could have been more explicit that it was possible to order from the cooked-on-order-menu for free if you'd booked a room with breakfast, and perhaps that staff would ask about it. Besides that the breakfast was very good even with only the regular buffet. I'd probably stay here again, should I come back to Oxford.

Had a lovely weekend here and what a find! Quiet location within walking distance of the town. Clean room with a very comfy bed. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely come back.
