1. Chaotic check in experience 2. Depressing rooms with lack of natural light. Curtains didn’t open in my room! 3. Very average breakfast. I skipped it 7 out of 8 days. 4. Inconsistency in staff friendliness and professionalism

Double booking, got a lower standing room than the one I had booked, very noisy rooms as no sound insulation from the street, questionable cleanliness: bottles of wine, foof relieves, dirty linen bags lying on the corridor ground from 2.00 pm until 11.00 pm the next day Do no go there

We are a 17th century building in the centre of Oxford and we are restricted as to what we can do in regard to the front facing rooms. They assured it was working. They continued to lie for hours saying someone was working on it. Finally switched us to another building the next day.

The system had been operational the part of the building in which you were staying, however I am pleased that we were able to offer an alternative room for the remainder of your stay.
