It is wonderful to know that you found our location near the MRT and local amenities to be highly convenient for your travels around the city. We understand that our room and bathroom layouts are compact; these are designed for urban efficiency to provide a functional base in the heart of land-scarce Singapore. Regarding the humidity you experienced, we regret that this impacted the feel of your linens. Our tropical climate presents unique challenges, and while we maintain rigorous standards, we always encourage guests to alert our 24/7 team to any discomfort so we can adjust the climate control or provide a same-category room change if available.
