Lo staff dell'hotel si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale ed efficiente, oltre le nostre aspettative. In occasione di un problema di salute lo staff si è prodigato per aiutarci con gli spostamenti in taxi, ci è stato riservato un late check out fino alle ore 17:00 del giorno di partenza senza costi aggiuntivi. L'hotel è in ottima posizione e le camere loft sono più spaziose di quanto ci aspettassimo. Pulizia impeccabile.

Stanza troppo piccola-dove appoggiare valigie per aprirle?-quindi costretti a poggiarle per terra con conseguente ingombro-no armadio-solo 4 stampelle-no appendiabiti che avrebbero potuto aiutare-no mensole su cui sistemare piccoli oggetti. Con piccoli interventi sarebbe stato facile rendere più confortevole la stanza! Buona la piscina sospesa nuotabile lunga 20/25 metri. Tuttavia in posizione accettabile abbastanza centrale a breve distanza dalla metro. E PENSARE CHE AVEVO EVITATO DI PRENOTARE ALL'IBIS, della stessa catena che costava meno, PER EVITARE PER EVITARE O ALMENO RIDURRE GLI INCONVENIENTI SOPRA DENUNCIATI

Camera per tre veramente inesistente un divano poltrona che aperto non ti faceva accedere all altro letto . Nessun armadio con le valigie non ti muovi....

Near Bugis, in the core of the city center, near little india, arab street, Albert Center, near Esplanade, Flyer, Suntec and even the bay front is reachable in walking distance (if you like walking like me, also China Town is not that far :-) ), the location is the perfect start and end for your daily adventures. Many hawker centers around, many MRT stations in the surroundings, this hotel with all its kind people and helpful service staff is a must when visting the Singapore. Pool clean, washing machines usage possible, Gym available. Breakfast really good. Correct and professional staff. We had a Loft with extra couch for the kid, no problem at all. This was the 3rd time in Singapore, we stayed always near Bugis, but this time it was even much more relaxing, since we did not have to worry about anything, even when the airline "lost" the luggage the first 2 days.
