L'esperienza è certamente positiva, l'hotel rispecchia bene gli standard del marchio, ma due cose nello specifico devono necessariamente essere riviste: - Bagno: illuminazione insufficiente, specialmente nella zona lavandino dove è veramente complicato anche farsi la barba. Non c'è possibilità di collegare l'asciugacapelli in bagno. - Rigidità del personale al check-in: sbagliano l'importo del valore del "deposit", mi chiamano in stanza mentre riposo (e lo sapevano), dopo un giorno mi mandano anche una lettera. E' policy certo ma per un cliente Platinum probabilmente il trattamento dovrebbe essere più flessibile, specialmente considerato il fatto che il valore del deposito richiesto eccedeva il costo complessiva della stanza tanto che, alla fine, ho richiesto io stesso di saldare la camera al posto di dover corrispondere altro deposito. - Colazione: buona, nulla da dire. - Qualità del soggiorno: sicuramente positivo, è una struttura di qualità

Sistema di illuminazione camera veramente pessimo.. inclusa l’illuminazione del bagno.. quasi impossibile truccarsi decentemente ! Bagno che puzzava di muffa! Area piscina invisibile! Sistema elettronico per gestire le luci macchinoso e poco intuitivo! Almeno una retroilluminazione sarebbe stato utile per trovare i tasti di notte

l’hotel si trova in hill street, secondo me la miglior zona vicina a tutto. Il ristorante favoloso. Le due piscine risultano un oasi di pace.
