While we are pleased to know that you enjoyed our breakfast offering and found our team to be attentive, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the concerns raised regarding the room lighting, bathroom condition, and overall comfort of the space. We understand how important adequate lighting—especially in the bathroom—is for daily routines, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback has been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate review, particularly regarding the reported odour, which certainly does not reflect our usual standards.
