Location wise this is a great option. Located on a strip of hotels across from train station it is the ideal location if you need to catchan early train. The entrance is on the main road next to a chinese restuarant (dont be confused by the other sign on the side road). Check in was simple, vending machines and microwave in lobby and plenty of restuarants shops nearby. Also only about 10 minute walk to main sights. Room itself was basic but had comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and was quiet.

Stayed here as it looked good value for money and it was exactly that the hotel was in a good location and it was quiet the bed was comfortable the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful i would highly recommend this place to stay in Rouen

Yes, it was very good value - we arrived quite late, around 10pm, finding it using Waze. The receptionist was very helpful, coming out the front to show us exactly how to access the car park (multi-storey - ibis has its own section which then goes directly into the hotel reception area from the back. It was 7€ to park overnight). Room fine; basic, but quiet and comfortable although the bed was so bouncy it was literally a bit like sleeping on a children’s’ bouncy castle every time my husband turned over! Breakfast was excellent with a well-stocked buffet, cook-your-own-eggs (which worked surprisingly well), lots to choose from and we never go down early for breakfast, so…. All the staff, especially on Reception, were lovely and very welcoming. Would recommend for an economic stop-over when driving through France.

This hotel is marketed as a budget hotel and you may not chose it as it is out of town BUT this hotel is clean and looks just like the pictures, yes there is a bit of bare MDF in the rooms but everything was great. Aircon worked breakfast was plentiful bed very comfortable. We had room 278 and was very quiet as over looked the car park. Parking was on site and they have lifts to all the floors. They have fantastic areas for lounging all with USB ports for devices. Just two minutes up the road up a side street is a funky pop up burger bar that does an array of foods including the best steak I have ever had. The hotel has a save the planet ethos which can be seen with paper cups in the bathroom and decor. It was a real gem staying here and a bus stop only two minutes away takes you into town for 1.7euroes each way. I would never stay in the centre too busy and this hotel gives you the tranquillity you want on a holiday. There is a also a posh pastry shop nearby too

Excellent, new, stylish, modern rooms. The hotel shares the lobby and the breakfast area with the Ibis Styles in the other wing. Two sad minuses : the pillows are lousy - only one per person and way too thin. Other more serious minus : no hot water in the shower. Unless the latter is corrected by management I would not recommend this hotel despite the other positives.

Dear Sir,we thank you for your review.pillows are now two years old,maybe it is time to change them,we will see it during this year.But for the water no guests said anything in the hotel and declare this kind of problem on the same date while if one room have this problem all the building must have the same so we don't know what happened and we are sorry for that.Best regards
