An exceptional hotel in every way. The style of bedroom may not suit everyone but besides being very comfortable we found the modern open-plan arrangement extremely refreshing. However, during the day we were unable to make the room as warm as we wished. The level of service provided by staff was truly exceptional, particularly on arrival, during the evening meal and at breakfast. The attention given by Stephane in the breakfast area was outstanding - the huge range of exceptional food on offer was made so much more enjoyable as a result of his guided tour ! The hotel is almost brand new and suggests that Mercure is set to become a market leader - and all at a very competitive price. We will return.

Stylish New Rooms in a Well-Run Hotel

I really liked this hotel. It is evident it is a very well-managed property. All staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful. There was plenty of parking available in the gated lot in front of the hotel. When that lot filled, there was parking at a lot a few steps away. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the tgv station. What really appealed to me were the fresh, stylish and comfortable rooms. My room was so clean - spotless. I don’t toss around “spotless” lightly. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The room was quiet and peaceful. There were wooden floors in the rooms, which I really appreciated for cleanliness and looks. I thought the decor was lovely, sleek and modern yet cozy. The public rooms were also very stylishly and appealingly decorated. The only area that could use a slight improvement would be breakfast. The eggs needed to be replaced more often. But that’s a minor complaint. There were oranges available to make your own fresh juice, plenty of breads/pastries, etc. It got a bit chaotic, evidently the hotel was quite full, so I enjoyed the option of dining on one of the tables outside overlooking the pool. It was Easter weekend and the hotel staff decorated so nicely. I thought that was a lovely touch. I had such a good experience at this Mercure that I find myself looking for Mercures or other brands by Accor when I plan travel. I have yet to find one that matches the quality of this particular Mercure, though.

Functional bare bones hotel.

This would be a perfect place for a traveling sport team. The capsule like rooms are evocative of tv space travel accommodations. The sink and shower are actually in the bedroom. All restaurant amenities are automated, but the coffee delivery system wasn’t working. There’s an attempt to project a cool image, but, frankly, unless there’s a super sale, I’d give this overpriced accommodation a pass.

This was our second visit. We had the balnéo suite with balcony. Impressive room. But the shower and bath are still far too complex for us. Ample parking, good restaurant and breakfast. Staff is making huge efforts to make stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks, especially Mathis!

Our room included two chairs and table plus another chair, a hot water kettle, and storage. There were lights on both sides of bed. The room had plenty of electrical outlets and quiet A/C with a wall thermostat. The bathroom with a shower and a sink was separated from the bedroom by a curtain. The toilet was in a separate tiny room within our room. One has to walk around a divider wall to get from the toilet room to the sink. This hotel is quiet and clean with helpful staff. The hotel has a pool, fitness room, restaurant and plenty of parking. The breakfast was excellent. There are not many restaurant nearby to walk to.
