كانت تجربة جميلة ، ولكن عكر صفوها بعض الأمور كالميني بار ، طلبت عدم إضافته وعند وصولي تفجأت بوجوده‼️ وكنت قد طلبت قطعة من الحلوى أو الكيك لمناسبة زاجي وعند وصولي كان الذباب يملأ الفيلا ، عبرت عن إمتعاضي الشديد وعدم الرضى وقد كلمتني مسئولة على ما أظن كانت لكنتها هندية وللأسف كانت معاملتها فظة ، وبعد المغرب جائني البتلر/علي وقال إن مديره/محمد صلاح يريد أن يراني ويتكلم معي رجل كان في مستوى من المسئولية وحظيت بإهتمامه ونقلت له بعض الأخطاء التي حصلت لي ووعد بعدم تكرارها مرة أخرى كنت أرغب في التحدث إلى المسئول الذي يستطيع التغيير وتحويل تجربة النزيل إلى الأحسن شكراً وعذراً للإطالة

حجزت فيلا غرفة نوم واحدة مع بركة سباحة خاصة وهذا ما يميز هذا الفندق. يمكنك الاسترخاء داخل الفيلا والسباحة بكل خصوصية مع الاهل والأطفال. البركة كانت باردة في عز الصيف بالإضافة الجاكوزي. انتقلت بعدها لفيلا الغرفتين وكانت أكبر وأوسع وبها مجلس إضافي وصالة طعام أكبر. لايوجد مطابخ داخل الفيلا. ولكن هناك مطاعم داخل المنتجع وهناك مطاعم متنوعة على بعد ١٠ دقائق بالسيارة او باستخدام تطبيقات التوصيل. يوجد في اخر المنتجع حديقة جميلة للطيور منها الطاووس والبجع والبط وطيور اخرى. يوجد ايضاً مسبح كبير عام عند مدخل الفندق. يعيب على الفندق ارتفاع أسعار ه وأسعار الطعام داخل المطاعم في المنتجع الموظفون في غاية المهنية والرقي والخدمة المميزة. علي والاخ البحريني كانو اكثر تميزا.

عندي بعض الملاحظات اولها ياريت يكون الريوق بوفيه وثانيا اتمني رش الفيلا من الداخل لاني واجهة مشكله في الفيلا والتي جعلتني لم انام طول الليل وهي وزقه في الحمام وثالثا الفيلا واسعه حتي لو كانت من غرفة نوم واحد اتمني السماح لعدد اكثر من ٢ للزوار
