I’ve been to so many hotels in the world but i must say that sofitel is one of the best hotel i’ve ever visited. Their staff is so good and specially one bell boy whose name is Husain al dallal . He is very active , energetic and doing his work very professionally. He do hardwork while carrying smile on his face. He even suggest me 2-3 placee for shoping.Food is very good and one boy Isa he is also very good and helpful . I just want to say this is best memory of my life

Fantastic spa experience. We had a girls’ treat over the break and spent a few hours being pampered by the staff. Fatima did my Moroccan bath, and it was extremely professional and thorough. Marty Anne did my facial and my friend’s facial, and my skin felt really smooth and de-bloated afterwards. Christina did a lymphatic massage for my mum - she was literally skipping afterwards, that’s how light she felt! Exceptional in every way.

Very pleasant stay at this Sofitel. The facilities are clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The Christmas brunch was ecstatic. I can say the best I attended in the middle east. Very organised. Shout-out to Miss Fadwa and all the staff. They were all very welcoming.
