- wir hatten eine tolle, moderne Suite in einem sehr modernen und sauberem Hotel - leckeres und sehr ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet - es gibt ein Schwimmbad (4 Bahnen, 1 Whirlpool, 1 kleines Kleinkindbecken und ein kleines Kinderbecken) und eine Sauna, dadurch das aber auch nicht Hotelgäste das Schwimmbad benutzen können ist es sehr voll und war es oft zu voll zum schwimmen, auch die Öffnungszeiten, 08-20, hätten etwas länger sein können so dass man abends nochmal schwimmen kann - tolles Fitnessstudio, leider erst ab 16, auch unter Begleitung von Papa durften die Jungs (12,14) nicht rein - kleiner Minuspunkt: man muss immer den Fahrstuhl nehmen, es gibt nur eine Treppe die nur im Notfall genutzt werden darf, die zwar nach draußen führt, man kommt aber nicht rein,

Fabryka Cia/O is taking part in "Discover Local" program, that is why the area is open as well as for hotel guest but also to external customers. Please be assured that the full schedule of planned activities is available at the reception desk as well as in the rooms. Additionally, we provide clear information in the common areas of the hotel regarding the approximate hours when the pool area is least occupied, to help guests plan their visits accordingly. Regarding the fitness center, we understand the disappointment, especially for younger guests eager to exercise. However, the age restriction of 16 years and above is in place strictly for safety reasons, as the gym is equipped with professional-grade equipment. Lastly, we appreciate your comment about the stairwell. For security and safety reasons, access is limited to emergencies only, but we understand how having more flexibility here could be convenient and have shared your feedback with our team. L’hôtel était très propre, le personnel compétant. Le seul inconvénient était le canapé lit n’était pas fait pour dormir dessus (trop dur).

Es un hotel de la cadena ARCOR ubicado en una zona de oficinas alejada del centro de la ciudad. Cuenta con un centro de convenciones y es muy cómodo si la razón de venir a Cracovia es una convención. Alejado de las zonas turísticas, algo desconocido por los taxistas locales; conviene llevar una tarjeta del hotel para poder volver. La recepción es amable y caso todo el personal habla inglés. Cuenta con muchas habitaciones de todo nivel, cómodas y amplias. 2 torres: la principal y una anexa separada con ascensores independientes y conectadas por pasillo terrestre y elevado. El bar es donde se ofrece desayuno, está en la torre principal, como también el spa. Este cuenta con una piscina semiolímpica y 2 menores para niños y jakuzzy con mayor temperatura del agua. Sauna y gimnasio. Todo este sector es muy agradable y se puede utilizar como área de descanso y relajo. El gimnasio es grande y muy bien aperado. El huésped del hotel tiene uso gratuito, pero al ser compartido con personas locales externas, se debe utilizar un chip especial para hacer uso de las instalaciones. El desayuno es abundante y variado, ofreciendo algunas especialidades locales. La Junior Suite cuenta con kitchenette y refrigerador, además de mesa y está provisto con cubiertos y vajilla. El mobiliario es cómodo, aunque minimalista. El dormitorio queda en un segundo piso, con una escalera de pendiente alta con poca seguridad; no cuenta con pasamanos. La cama es cómoda y permite un buen descanso. Las habitaciones son insonorizadas y cuentan con buena ventilación. Cuenta con aseo diario y cambio de toallas; el personal de aseo lava la vajilla. En el vecindario hay 2 supermercados: Carrefour (abierto hasta las 22 hrs) y otro (hasta las 23 hrs). En el pasillo entre las torres se encuentran una serie de restaurantes abiertos desde temprano hasta altas horas de la noche que ofrecen variados tipos de comida, algo más costosos que los del centro, pero de buena calidad.

Hôtel moderne, chambre spacieuse et moderne. Le complexe sportif intégré à l'hôtel est très bien équipé, piscine et sauna inclus (ne pas se laisser refroidir par le personnel du complexe qui n'est pas très enthousiaste). Petit-déjeuner plus que complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Lors de mon séjour, j'ai du partir tôt le premier jour, et ne pouvant profiter du petit déjeuner, on m'a offert la possibilité de prendre un lunch bag qui m'a été préparé pour l'heure de mon départ et m'attendait à la réception (sandwichs, fruits, eau, jus, viennoiseries locales). Très copieux, une attention très charmante et très appréciée !
