Bel hôtel un peu loin du centre-ville. Service correct dommage qu’on vous annonce un supplément de 135 zloty par nuit pour un lit d’appoint alors que c’est pas indiqué sur booking. Et on rejoute une caution de 150 zloty pour les peignoirs. La piscine est par contre au top, on adore.

Very modern and nice hotel. Good location, only takes 20 minutes to be in the old town (10min walk, 10min by the tram) The location in general is very modern and everything looks new. Tasty breakfast, nice little pool area and friendly staff - can‘t complain at all.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das den Charme eines alten Fabrikgebäudes mit einem modernen Hotelbetrieb gekonnt verbindet. Schöne, moderne Zimmer mit historischen Stilelementen. Schöner Wellnessbereich u.a. mit sehr großem Schwimmbecken. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüfett mit enormer Auswahl. In vielen Bereichen kein typisches Mercure Hotel, sondern eher eine Klasse höher anzusiedeln.

Decided to move to a supposedly lovely hotel for 2 nights as thought would be lovely treat for my son as had a big gym and pool, how wrong was I.... we checked in on Saturday night I had called ahead to check availability and price for 2 nights as was leaving on the Monday. The lady on reception told me the price and we went straight over to check in. She took us to the room and we confirmed the price and that it included breakfast, all good. That was until we returned on the Sunday evening after visiting the salt mines that day to not being able to get into our room. We went to reception and they told us we should of checked out that day!!! We were no we booked for 2 nights why would we not when not going home till Monday?? The receptionist said could she ring the lady who we booked with and she told me there was a mistake made and was sorry but we had to PAY another night... Omg was so upset not my fault but still expected to pay, spoke to the general manager and someone higher Joanne I think she was absolutely awful would not listen at all just wanted the money!!!! What kind of customer care NONE i would say. My husband who is disabled and my son 16 were gobsmacked at their total lack of empathy. They had all our belongings locked in the room we were in and we felt we had no choice but to pay as had nowhere to go, cant tell you how upset we were just ruined out trip through absolutely no fault of our own. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. Just because Mecure are a big chain doesn't mean good at all in anyway or form.

We are truly sorry that the stay did not meet your expectations; please accept our sincerest apologies for any misunderstandings. I would like to inform you that on the day of your arrival, the receptionist confirmed with you the price for one night only – the room which was chosen was one of our best. Due to the fact that the hotel was almost fully occupied on that day, the price was quite high. We provide all our Guest with the same prices that are available on our main website, so each time we encourage our Guests to check the prices as well as available rooms, so that the Guests could choose the room in accordance to their preferences. Upon the check-in all our Guest are obliged to sign the registration form – the price for first night is also available there, so our Guest may double-check all the details while signing it. As I wrote above – we are sorry for the inconvenience, however we did our best to resolve that case. After consulting the case with the General Manager, you received 20% discount for the second night though the hotel properly completed all the procedures connected with your reservation. It is our main aim to help all our Gests with finding the proper solution and so we did in your case. We truly hope that beside the described misunderstanding you enjoyed our hotel as well as the whole Fabryczna 13 complex and we invite you to visit us again soon.
