Kamers zijn heel schoon en goed onderhouden. Denk erbij wanneer je reserveert dat je ook alleen een bad kan krijgen. Ik kreeg een superior kamer met bad waar de douche niet eens opgehangen kon worden. Je moest dus echt in bad zitten om te douchen. Zaten helemaal vol waardoor ik ook geen andere kamer kon krijgen, ook niet een verontschuldiging.

I recently stayed 4 nights at the Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City hotel on a business trip, and enjoyed the experience. I found my room to be spacious, quiet and clean, and the bathroom well-equipped. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was huge with many options. Admittedly you’re a fair distance from the Old Town and Jewish Quarter, but you’ll never have to wait too long for a taxi. I didn’t explore the tram network, though I know it’s substantial, so that’d probably be a solution for getting to the more touristy areas. I didn’t use the pool or fitness suite though colleagues who did, were quite impressed. The hotel felt fairly equidistant between Krakow Airport and say the Old Town. The only minor niggles I had were that the door deadlock on room 206 seemed to endlessly rotate making it hard to know if it was engaged. Also, the bedside tables were hollow metal sheet, so made a pinging sound if a charging cable or something made contact with it. Finally, if you wanted a drink from the chiller cabinet in reception, you had to trouble a receptionist to unlock the cabinet, then you returned to their station to pay, which all seemed a little inefficient? All in all a great experience, and I’d happily stay there again.

Visited this hotel for a few nights. The hotel its self is fabulous, overall complex of the property is exceptionally modern and clean. The housekeeping staff couldn’t be anymore polite and pristine. The pool area is very well signed and clean. The hotel restaurant is good. Breakfast is just ok can definitely up their standards in this area however the evening a la carte menu is good. Reception staff require a lot more training, believe the young gentleman is doing quite a good job however he needs to provide more information to guests when they inquire additional information. Ilona however, certainly needs to attend a customer service course she is the one who has checked us in, we received the most unwelcoming checking in process regardless how polite we were. What got me the most was when she said “your room is in the second half of the hotel on the fourth floor” leaving me an my partner absolutely confused as the hotel isn’t very well sign posted.

Fijne locatie, ietwat ver van het centrum maar Uber kost niet veel. Wel jammer dat de fotos op de website eigenlijk een mengeling van twee appartementen zijn, waardoor de klant denkt dat het appartement 4 echte bedden en 2 badkamers heeft. En dat is niet het geval. Het wordt geadverteerd als appartement voor 4 a 5 personen maar er moeten zowieso twee mensen op een sofabed slapen. Hadden wij dit geweten, dan hadden wij hier niet geboekt. Bovendien hadden wij geboekt voor 5 personen en bij aankomst probeerde men ons nog voor de 5de te doen bijbetalen. Uiteindelijk werd een aanvaardbare oplossing gevonden, maar wij voelen ons nog steeds misleid.

In our hotel we offer few types of one room standard - they Guests can choose if they would like to stay in the room with separate bedroom or the loft. As I have mentioned - your feedback that the photos are confusing is the first one that we have received - I have already reported that and we are working on the proper solution. In case of the extrabed and the payment for 5th person - as stated on our main website if the person is below 12 years of age and it sleeps on the room's equipment the stay is complimentary. If there is the need to provide the extrabed into the room - it is extra charged 135 PLN/nigt. It is not our main aim to charge our Guests no mater what that is why we offered you the extra bed for free as well as changing your room to another one - I am sorry to read that besides that you disliked our hotel ans the service we provide. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences that took place during your visit. Het beste hotel waar we reeds verbleven hebben. Alles top van de kamer tot het ontbijt en de fantastische SPA. Zeer mooi authentiek gebouw, toffe locatie, stille (privilege) kamer, perfecte hygiëne, uitgebreid ontbijt dat continu werd aangevuld, vriendelijke personeel in het gehele hotel, kort bij de tram, Carrefour vlakbij, er werd een luxe taxi geregeld naar Auschwitz voor een zeer schappelijke prijs, receptie was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Het was zo goed dat we binnen enkele maanden al terugkomen met meer familieleden!
