Stunning Hotel w/Great Attention to Detail

Couldn’t fault our 3 night stay just prior to Easter. Such great attention to detail throughout the hotel—even the stairways were well decorated. While we initially had hoped to book a terrace room, those rooms had only one bed. As we needed 2 beds we ended up booking a deluxe room with 2 beds. First room was ground level with windows that opened to the outdoor breakfast terrace. Beautiful room but awkward. We were cheerfully moved to a 4th floor room. Much better, albeit smaller due to sloped ceiling. Breakfast had some great offerings but dining room was crowded so we ate on the outdoor terrace. Pool and saunas looked lovely but unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use them. Highly recommend this hotel’s location—easy access to Wawel Castle, old town and Jewish quarter.

Emplacement parfait à proximité de tout. Très bon accueil. Chambres de qualité très bien équipée , salle de bain avec dorures. Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits frais. Piscine de petite taille mais magnifique..nous n’étions que 2 à chaque passage. Bar très intimiste, très apprécié et que dire de ses cocktails délicieux servis dans de beaux verres dont certains animés.. Personnel aux petits soins. Hôtel remarquable à Cracovie. Dîner gastronomique excellent

Stay here. Great service. Beautiful rooms and facility. Truly lovely experience with many details to help make trip perfect- pillow menu, nespresso in room, ok gym (treadmill and bowflex/cable machine), pool small but has jets in it- relaxing. Excellent breakfast. The staff is kind and friendly. The rooms are quiet with nice lighting and plenty of charging ports. Location perfect at the river and quick walk to old town/castle. Hope to visit again in the future, this is a lovely property.

Had a wonderful couple of nights at this hotel recently. Great location for all the main attractions like the old town, castle and Jewish quarter. I didn’t eat in the ‘Gavi’ restaurant but breakfast was a decent spread with a good selection from the a la cate menu. The basement bar had fantastic cocktails and had a lovely relaxed feel about it. I had a junior suite and it’s worth noting that most rooms in that category are next to the lift so I asked to move to a different room. The Junior suite rooms aren’t huge and it might be a bit of a stretch to label them a junior suite. More like a decent sized room or ‘premium’ room. You can’t watch tv from the bed in 102. Turn down service was good.
