출장으로 방문한 크라쿠프 여행의 숙박지로 오래된 보드카 공장지역을 레노베이션했다는 흥미로운 역사를 가진 호텔이었습니다. 친전할 호텔스탭과 깨끗한 레스토랑이 인상적이었습니다.

Very modern and nice hotel. Good location, only takes 20 minutes to be in the old town (10min walk, 10min by the tram) The location in general is very modern and everything looks new. Tasty breakfast, nice little pool area and friendly staff - can‘t complain at all.

Decided to move to a supposedly lovely hotel for 2 nights as thought would be lovely treat for my son as had a big gym and pool, how wrong was I.... we checked in on Saturday night I had called ahead to check availability and price for 2 nights as was leaving on the Monday. The lady on reception told me the price and we went straight over to check in. She took us to the room and we confirmed the price and that it included breakfast, all good. That was until we returned on the Sunday evening after visiting the salt mines that day to not being able to get into our room. We went to reception and they told us we should of checked out that day!!! We were no we booked for 2 nights why would we not when not going home till Monday?? The receptionist said could she ring the lady who we booked with and she told me there was a mistake made and was sorry but we had to PAY another night... Omg was so upset not my fault but still expected to pay, spoke to the general manager and someone higher Joanne I think she was absolutely awful would not listen at all just wanted the money!!!! What kind of customer care NONE i would say. My husband who is disabled and my son 16 were gobsmacked at their total lack of empathy. They had all our belongings locked in the room we were in and we felt we had no choice but to pay as had nowhere to go, cant tell you how upset we were just ruined out trip through absolutely no fault of our own. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. Just because Mecure are a big chain doesn't mean good at all in anyway or form.

We are truly sorry that the stay did not meet your expectations; please accept our sincerest apologies for any misunderstandings. I would like to inform you that on the day of your arrival, the receptionist confirmed with you the price for one night only – the room which was chosen was one of our best. Due to the fact that the hotel was almost fully occupied on that day, the price was quite high. We provide all our Guest with the same prices that are available on our main website, so each time we encourage our Guests to check the prices as well as available rooms, so that the Guests could choose the room in accordance to their preferences. Upon the check-in all our Guest are obliged to sign the registration form – the price for first night is also available there, so our Guest may double-check all the details while signing it. As I wrote above – we are sorry for the inconvenience, however we did our best to resolve that case. After consulting the case with the General Manager, you received 20% discount for the second night though the hotel properly completed all the procedures connected with your reservation. It is our main aim to help all our Gests with finding the proper solution and so we did in your case. We truly hope that beside the described misunderstanding you enjoyed our hotel as well as the whole Fabryczna 13 complex and we invite you to visit us again soon. WORST hotel experience EVER. If I may offer some advice for staying at this hotel: beware of accidentally leaving there any valuable personal belongings, as you'll probably never see them again.

Stayed here for a 4 day trip to Krakow. Highly recommend., lovely staff, facilities and everything was to a high standard. Fresh water everyday and rooms were cleaned everyday if requested. This hotel has everything you need, had a lovely meal at the Italian underneath the hotel, lots of choice at breakfast, something for everyone. Although not located in the city centre it was very easy to reach by tram and only took 15minutes. There’s lots of scooters dotted around which are easy and cheap to use and we used the app bolt frequently to get taxis if needed. Will definitely be coming back!
