Dear Sevket Keleş, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for not having bottled water in your room during your stay. Regarding drinking water, each room is equipped with a certified water purifier (SIRIM), and the hotel's water system complies with safety and quality standards to ensure guest comfort and peace of mind and we would like to assure you that the water purifier, including the hot water function, is operating properly when used according to the instructions stated on the operation card. Should you require any assistance, our team would be more than happy to assist at any time. We are working to provide better service in terms of comfort and guest satisfaction. Otelin tek kat üzerine yapılmış olması çok iyi. Odam beklediğimden çok daha iyiydi.İki şişe su ile çay ve kahve ikramlarını beğendim.Genel temizlik oldukça iyi.Wifi güzel çalışıyor. Kahvaltı büfesi çok seçenekli ve güzeldi. Omlet bile yaptırdım Tek sıkıntı oda kartlarının hem dış hem de iç kapıyı zaman zaman açmaması, kafasına göre davranması 😄Bu nedenle kapıda kalıp resepsiyona kadar tekrar gitmek zorunda kaldım.Check in ve out işlemleri hızlıydı. Havalimanı transferi iyiydi.
