Please allow us to clarify that our official check-in time is 3:00PM, as stated on all booking platforms and in the reservation confirmation. While we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals, early check-in is subject to room availability. Guests who require guaranteed access before 3:00PM may reserve an early check-in in advance, where the room will be blocked accordingly. Regarding your experience in the lobby, we regret any discomfort caused. For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, we have house rules that do not permit lying down or sleeping on the lobby sofas. Our Security Officers are trained to approach guests politely and respectfully when reminding them to these guidelines, and we understand that this interaction may have been upsetting during your wait. Dear Sevket Keleş, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for not having bottled water in your room during your stay. Regarding drinking water, each room is equipped with a certified water purifier (SIRIM), and the hotel's water system complies with safety and quality standards to ensure guest comfort and peace of mind and we would like to assure you that the water purifier, including the hot water function, is operating properly when used according to the instructions stated on the operation card.
