A meu ver uma das poucas coisas que não sobra é educação. Ela faz bem a quem pratica e a quem recebe. Pode não trazer nenhum benefício direto, mas a falta dela é notória e fecha portas. Ter uma recepcionista que diante um “boa noite, gostaria de realizar o check-in”, já te atende com rispidez e ao longo do atendimento só piora, chegando ao sarcasmo/ironia, com revirar de olhos, deixa marcas e, infelizmente, não no nome dela, mas do Ibis Styles Confins Aeroporto. Prova disto é que a funcionária não utilizava crachá, não se apresentou e não nos deu nenhuma informação sobre a hospedagem. Após longas horas de viagem no dia 24/01 e tendo feito a reserva no hotel para passarmos algumas horas até o voo, tivemos a infelicidade de sermos atendidos pela recepcionista em questão. Todos têm seus problemas, podem ter tido um dia ruim, mas isto não nos isenta da mínima civilidade e não nos permite descontar no próximo. Bom seria se ela fosse tão reativa para aprender, como foi conosco. Talvez perceberia o quão adequado é o trabalho do recepcionista, colega ao lado, da camareira, do funcionário da manutenção e do funcionário do bar, todos os que nos auxiliaram ou presenciamos auxiliar hóspedes ao lado nesta noite do dia 24/01. Todos sabem que o hotel é classificado como categoria econômica premium, mas a economia não deve ser em educação. Aproveitamos para parabenizar os demais funcionários citados acima. Eles foram marcas positivas nesta estada.

I was booking a Portugal hotel. Inside the booking, they changed language to portugese, offered me an opportunity to book at another IBIS hotel "IN BRAZIL".I accidentally booked... and realized it was wrong hotel when confirmation came in English (seconds later). I knew it was a non cancellable reservation. I immediately the hotel... and then as they told me i contacted customer service I wasn't surprised ... they wouldn't let me cancel. That's ok. But, again... customer service made clear that this is something that frequently happens, and I felt they were quite rude. I'm a travel guy with 4 million views 50+ countries (figure it out "like and subscribe"). I hope my ad will urge EXTREME CAUTION the readers from using your booking site. Book directly or book another hotel. I lost about $70, IBIS, my bad reviews will IMPACT you much more than that (hotels tell me people reference my recommendations, nearly everywhere I go). I don't write a lot of bad reviews (lifetime less than 10 maybe less than 5). But that trick of using third parties, to claim theres nothing you can do? ... shame on you... my viewers hate stuff like that. There are usually better options. Hotel might be fine. I'm proving a point... bad practices will hurt a fine hotel chain like IBIS... when people you trust (me) don't trust you anymore. Was it worth it? Obviously my credit card ate the charge. IBIS stop that practice.

Grand but basics not there

The room is grand for one night before you hit the road again but there was no complimentary tray in the room which is a must for me especially in a hotel near the airport as people sometimes arrive very late when everything is closed. There was not even one bottle of water in the room!!! The shuttle bus came 9.50pm and the driver made us wait inside for 20mins. Breakfast ok. Location ok.

Solid choice for a stay near Belo Horizonte Airport (CNF)

The Ibis Styles Confins is a very good choice for a hotel near CNF airport. No surprises--this is a typical Ibis Styles...functional, reliable, and a good value. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet was good (and started at 4 am for those with early flights), and the shuttle was generally reliable to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and efficient. The fitness room was small but useful and is open 24/7. Main pluses: Proximity to the airport; clean and quiet rooms Main drawback: There is not much actually near the hotel and not recommended if your intent is to visit attractions in Belo Horizonte since it is at least 20 km from the city. A bit of a caveat though about the shuttle. One of the drivers who typically works in the afternoon sometimes skips a run (based on the schedule prominently posted in the hotel lobby) and will have you wait at or near the van at the airport while he chats with other van drivers. Thus, a maximum 20 minute wait can become a 40 minute wait. This reflects poorly on the hotel even though I think he is actually a contracted employee, but this individual certainly was the exception and not the rule from the staff at the hotel. Bottom line: I would stay at this hotel again if I have flights into or out of CNF.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the Belo Horizonte airport and right next to the car rental company I chose. Very correct hotel. room 706 where I slept properly. Breakfast included,. I paid only 46 euros for 2 nights, incredible.
