Convenient location for train station, room was too warm

Room was spacious and location was excellent for the train station and town. Room temperature was too warm but unfortunately this is centrally controlled so there was no way of adjusting it. This made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Breakfast was average.

We stayed at the Greet Hotel Marseille last week 03/02/23 to the 6/02/23 for wedding. The staff couldn't do enough for us to keep us happy. Very warm welcome from the whole team! Fernanda the directrice, Souad and many others. The breakfast was beautiful with Organic produces. Pancakes were made to order by the beautiful Souad. Thank you to all of you guys ! It was plenty of "Je ne sais quoi!!!!" From Nora and Kim

This is a funky little place in a great location for getting around Marseille. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room configuration was not good-and it was very small! It was quiet and the breakfast was a good deal for the price.

Like the concept of sustainability and circularity. A few steps from exit trainstation which makes it to travel easy to other cities with the train (fast & cheap by the way). We had a large room (301). The walls are very thin so you can here the noise (TV) of the neighbours. Daily cleaning and renewing towel service. No hairdryer in room but you can have one from reception. Good breakfast with fresh crepes. Very worth the price for this budget hotel. Oh last but not least very nice staff!!

Didn't expect something like that in an hotel of the Accor chain. I have to mention that I am an Accor Platinum Member. First I was downgraded: I booked the more expensive "Pop" room, but they tried to put me in a "Pure" room, which is the cheapest category. That's almost a case of cheating. I complained at the reception and finally got what I had booked and paid for. But that was not the main issue. The hotel is a quickly refurbished old run down hotel. Whilst the rooms are more or less acceptable (but still below average and not properly cleaned), the bathroom are a scandal and beyond everything which was thinkable to me in an Accor. Because the bathrooms have not been renovated. The bathrooms are dirty and the fittings old and broken. The whole bathroom is mouldy. The shower cubicle is very small, you can't escape from touching all the mould with your skin. And it was more or less the same in both rooms, in the "pure" room and the "pop" I moved. The drain of the shower was blocked. The shower tube was difficult to handle: it was bent. And you get only one small towel. That's perhaps the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. And I find it even dangerous, because mould definitely is not good for health. I have to admit that staff was nice and concerned about the problem. But honestly, I don't book a hotel because of nice staff. I book a hotel because I expect value for money. And I paid more than 100 Euro per night. See all my pictures taken. It's a disgrace. Shameful for Accor.
