We truly appreciate your loyalty as a Gold member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, and I am sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not reflect the standards you rightfully expected from a luxury property. Please accept my deepest apologies for the confusion regarding the welcome drink entitlement and the way the situation was initially handled at the Dome restaurant. The manner in which you were made to feel is unacceptable, and I am relieved that our manager was able to personally assist and offer an apology. Nonetheless, this should not have occurred in the first place. Moreover, I am equally concerned about the billing inaccuracies you encountered. Spending your valuable time verifying charges during your stay and even facing additional discrepancies at 4:00 a.m. before your departure is far from the seamless experience we aim to provide. Your comments highlight gaps in our internal processes, and I want to assure you that we are already taking steps to review our communication and billing procedures to ensure this does not happen again. While I am pleased to see that you appreciated other aspects of your stay, including the room, WiFi, cleanliness, and dining experiences, I fully acknowledge that the lapses in service impacted your overall impression.
