Wir sind angekommen , hatten sofort Probleme mit dem Check-In. Wir haben kein Early Check in bekommen , was nicht extrem schlimm ist jedoch haben sie uns versichert dass das Zimmer in wenigen Minuten ready sei . Was nicht der Fall war , anstatt eines der Zimmer um 14:30 zu bekommen haben wir es um 17 uhr bekommen. Dann Haben wir eine Gold Suite bekommen jedoch haben wir gesagt bekommen wir hätten kein Zugang zu den Gold Areas was meiner Meinung nach keinen Sinn macht. Dann bezüglich der Zimmer. Extrem schön, jedoch wurde eines der Zimmer erst nach nachfrage gesäubert. Aber der Manager der Rezeption ist nachher zu uns gekommen und hat sich nochmal entschuldigt und uns zum Flughafen gebracht

While the hotel was operating at full occupancy with back‑to‑back departures and arrivals on the day of your check‑in, we fully acknowledge that this should never be an excuse for extended waiting times or unmet expectations. Assuring you that the room would be ready shortly and then delivering it much later is understandably frustrating, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the Gold Suite and access to the Gold lounge, as well as for the housekeeping oversight in one of the rooms. These matters should have been communicated more clearly and handled proactively. That said, we appreciate your kind comments about the quality of the rooms and are glad that our Duty Manager was able to personally apologize and assist you with transportation to the airport. Your feedback has been shared with our management team and relevant departments to improve coordination, communication, and overall guest experience. Thank you once again for your valuable comments.
