Dear Mr. b., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the delays at check‑in and the inconsistencies in service. While the hotel was operating at full occupancy with back‑to‑back departures and arrivals on the day of your check‑in, we fully acknowledge that this should never be an excuse for extended waiting times or unmet expectations. Assuring you that the room would be ready shortly and then delivering it much later is understandably frustrating, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the Gold Suite and access to the Gold lounge, as well as for the housekeeping oversight in one of the rooms. These matters should have been communicated more clearly and handled proactively. That said, we appreciate your kind comments about the quality of the rooms and are glad that our Duty Manager was able to personally apologize and assist you with transportation to the airport. Your feedback has been shared with our management team and relevant departments to improve coordination, communication, and overall guest experience. Thank you once again for your valuable comments.
