Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist fantastisch und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war die Dusche in unserem Hotelzimmer beschädigt und die Türe kaputt. Mein Mann hat eine tiefe Schnittwunde am Fuss beim Duschen erlitten. Das Problem der kaputten Türe wurde sofort am nächsten Morgen gelöst, jedoch wurde nichts weiteres unternommen, um die Ursache der Schnittwunde festzustellen. Uns wurde auch kein alternatives Zimmer mit anderer Dusche angeboten. Ich hoffe stark, dass sich keine weiteren Gäste verletzt haben. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend.

Ingesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel genossen. Leider hat sich der Service seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt verschlechtert. Beispiel: Wir kamen Sonntagnachmittag nach 15h vom Golfspielen zurück, wollten uns kurz erfrischen, aber unser Zimmer war noch nicht gemacht. Hierfür gab es Ihrerseits keine Entschuldigung. Am Anreisetag funktionierte die Dusche nur bedingt. Wir mussten den Haustechniker rufen. Auch hierfür Ihrerseits keine Entschuldigung. Ihr Team im Frühstücksbereich sowie Ihr Team beim Check out waren sehr freundlich.
