Ingesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel genossen. Leider hat sich der Service seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt verschlechtert. Beispiel: Wir kamen Sonntagnachmittag nach 15h vom Golfspielen zurück, wollten uns kurz erfrischen, aber unser Zimmer war noch nicht gemacht. Hierfür gab es Ihrerseits keine Entschuldigung. Am Anreisetag funktionierte die Dusche nur bedingt. Wir mussten den Haustechniker rufen. Auch hierfür Ihrerseits keine Entschuldigung. Ihr Team im Frühstücksbereich sowie Ihr Team beim Check out waren sehr freundlich.

Das Raffles in Doha ist nicht nur ein wunderschönes Hotel, sondern der Service ist schlicht von einem anderen Stern. Kaffee, Wasser, usw. Zimmerservice wurde permanent aufgefüllt und bedient. Wünsche werden einem von Lippen abgelesen. Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Egal ob Cleaning Service, Butler oder Hotelpersonal - alle sind unglaublich freundlich, wohlwollend und hilfsbereit. Sowohl im Hotel als auch ausserhalb des Hotels wurde uns immer SOFORT geholfen (Butler Service). Ein König kann es nicht besser haben. Worte sind nicht gut genug um zu beschreiben, was wir erlebt haben. Ich bin zum absoluten Raffles Fan mutiert. Raffles ist einfach ein ganz anderes Level und es wird künftig meine Hoteldestination sein.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Doha, das Hotel war die richtige Wahl. Was extrem gestört hat war die Türe gegenüber unserer Suite, da dort das Service Personal bis spät in die Nacht ein und ausgeht und die Türe UNGEBREMST zufällt, was extremen Lärm verursacht, sehr schade.
