We are pleased to know that you had a good overall experience and that many aspects of your stay were positive, including your check-in, accommodation, and breakfast. We truly value your loyalty as a Classic member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and appreciate your perfect scores across many touchpoints. That said, I would like to sincerely apologise for the areas that did not meet your expectations. We regret to hear about the delay in service and the lack of clear information regarding the availability of the golf cart to the promenade. Please rest assured that we will take this up with our team to improve internal communication and guest orientation. Regarding the restroom technology, your comments are very helpful, and we will work with our engineering and housekeeping teams to ensure better instructions are provided for ease of use.
