الاقامه جدا جميله لكن نتمنى منكم ضبط النفس بخصوص تسجيل الخروج. فكانت الاقامه لراحه لوجود توتر عصبي .. واي ازعاج ربما يزيد المشكله فكان كل شوي كل شوي كل شوي يرن جرس الباب وانا كنت في غفوه ماقبل الرحله ارجو ضبط النفس ترا حلو تقدير ظروف الضيف خصوصا الاقامه طويله مايمنع اضافه ساعه ساعتين من الوقت خصوصا انه رمضان .. رافلز الستاف اكثر تقدير واكثر تفهم واكثر حرص وكرم واكثر رحابه .. شاكرين للجميع ولو انه عالمي المفضل لكن يفتقر لتعامل في كثير من الاحيان . شكر خاص لخوله حاولت التواصل معاها لكنهم اخبروني ان لايوجد عندهم احد بهذا الاسم بقسم الحجوازات !!!! انا لااعلم كلامهم صحيح شكرا لها هي التي جعلت اقامتي سعيده

ليست جيده كان تاخير الخدمات كثيرة ومكان الغرفة مزجع للغاية لان يوجد باب خدمات جنب باب الغرفة وكان هناك ازعاج كثير
