Dear Ms Munaira, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are delighted to know that you found your stay excellent and enjoyed the luxurious experience of the hotel overall. However, I am truly sorry to learn about the discomfort you experienced with the air conditioning and the bathroom water pressure during your stay. We completely understand how important a comfortable room temperature is, particularly in our climate, and I sincerely regret that this impacted your rest and overall comfort. Your comments regarding the bidet pressure and the room control system have also been shared with our Engineering team for careful review, as feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us improve the guest experience. I was also concerned to read your comments regarding your interaction at reception. Warm and attentive service is at the heart of the Raffles experience, and I am sorry if you felt this was not reflected during your arrival. المكان مميز وجميل ويتميز بالفخامة ، الدخول كان سهلا وكان من الافضل ان يكون هناك الخادم الشخصي في استقبالك واخذك للجناح وشرح الخدمات المتوفرة في الجناح، لأنني احتجت ذلك ان اتصل واطلب حضور آحدهم، المطاعم مميزة ألبا والملكي وايضا السيجار بار كان رائعا. تجربة هادئة وحققت ماكنت اصبو له
