المكان مميز وجميل ويتميز بالفخامة ، الدخول كان سهلا وكان من الافضل ان يكون هناك الخادم الشخصي في استقبالك واخذك للجناح وشرح الخدمات المتوفرة في الجناح، لأنني احتجت ذلك ان اتصل واطلب حضور آحدهم، المطاعم مميزة ألبا والملكي وايضا السيجار بار كان رائعا. تجربة هادئة وحققت ماكنت اصبو له

حجزت في عطله نهاية الاسبوع الفندق فخم من كل زاوية فيه والمعاملة ممتازة ، لكن تأخير شديد في الخدمة ، عندما اتصل أو أطلب طعام الى الغرفة عن طريق الآيباد يتأخر وصول الطعام او يكون النظام معطل لايصل الطلب لمطعم الفندق الا اذا اتصلت بالهاتف أأكد الطلب ، يأخذ الطلب اكثر من الوقت المخصص له ، مما جعلني اتصل اكثر من مرة لإستعجال الطلب ، لماذا يأخذ اعداد الطعام من 35 الى 45 دقيقة ؟ كل شي ممتاز ويستحق الزيارة مرة اخرى خاصةً اذا حجزت الغرفة ذات البلكونة المطلة على الخليج شكراً لكم نراكم على خير فقط ارجوا استعجال الخدمة في المرة القادمة 💐
