Hotel pięknie utrzymany, obsługa bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Pokój przestronny, komfortowy . Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Niestety nie byliśmy zadowoleni z obsługi restauracji wieczorem. W restauracji 90 procent gości to Rosjanie i to oni są obsługiwani na pierwszym miejscu. Do tego niestety muzyka też rosyjskich wykonawców, a przecież turecka muzyka jest taka fajna i wpadająca w ucho . W końcu byliśmy w Turcji .

Hotel położony jest w centralnym miejscu Istambułu - przy tętniącym życiem placu Taksim. W hotelu jest czysto, Korytarze i pokoje nie budzą żadnych zastrzeżeń. To, co jest wątpliwej urody to bryła zewnętrzna oraz lokalizacja sali jadalnej w piwnicy - zasadniczo bez żadnego widoku przez okna. Problemem jest też brak sali zabaw dla dzieci oraz brak opcji obiadokolacji. Największym jednak atutem jest wspaniały i pomocny personel.
